Be careful when ordering furniture from these guys. They don't seem to be very hot on customer service and didn't bother to keep me informed after I spent £700 on a sofa from them. Bought it and had to keep chasing them up for a delivery date, which slipped from 06/12/10 to 06/01/11 when I actually ordered it at the beginning of November. The delay isn't what annoyed me though it was the fact that they wouldn't keep me in the loop and promised that once ready for delivery the firm delivering on mainland would be in touch to arrange delivery - as company is based in N. I. They didn't get in touch and phoned me when they were outside my house with the sofa and I was sat at my desk at work. Not a good position to be left in. Cr@p delivery service, hoping the product is good though (still in box as it is at another address...) Moan over.
