I ordered something from them and despite their website promising 5-7day shipping, 14 days later, I still had not received my product or any email notifying me of shipping. One month later and still haven't received my order or shipping confirmation. Terrible customer service. Then they were not willing to take blame for the lack of communication but instead gave me rebuttal for why they had been delayed via email AND via text. I don't want to be texted by any company with excuses as to why they slacked off. Never buying from them again.

I ordered a couple things about three weeks ago and the clothes have yet to come in. I had 5-7 day shipping. Will NOT be shopping there again.
I ordered a couple tops and my order took months to arrive. They do not have a phone number and they never responded to my emails. I eventually got my order, which was fine, cheap quality but that was expected for the cheap price I paid. Will never shop with them again because of lack of professionalism.
