Have try contacting these people when will my order get deliver and they only emailed me back once asking for the order number and i have them the number still havent heard anything back from them since. Dont trust this site its a spam. Going to try and take them down.

Oh, my god! The dress is lovely and it fitted perfect! I was more than pleased because it was more that i expected! The lace was amazing and the whole dress was made very carefully. Delivery was a little bit extended, but it got in time for a wedding that i was attending. Thank you very much, Shopindress, for an amazing product.

I ordered a beautiful dress, I was dubious but I had plenty of time and thought "why not". It arrived a few days earlier than suggested. It looks just like the picture, gorgeous!...
However, I selected a 'Made to Measure' size, as I'm between and 8-10 short, but with DD boobs, so slight awkward to get a size of the rack. The dress is about 5cm (2 inches) smaller than the measurements given, and the arm holes are very tight, typical of Asian making (no offense intended).
The colour and bead works is just like the picture but some seams are not symmetrical or straight.
I will diet and exercise to fit into this dress, as I have the time and I'm likely to only wear once or twice. But if you are looking for a quick dress, be very very cautious as it may not fit when it arrives.

I ordered a dress from this website and it looks NOTHING like on the website. Its cheaply made, the top is see through, and they made it like 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. They won't email us back, and never sent us anyway to send it back. They charged us $200 for the dress and shipping, but paid another place in China for $40 (The company in china left the recipe in the bag the dress came in). Don't order from this site, they are unreliable, and will rip you off.

I ordered my daughters prom dress April 1 for prom on Apri 22. I paid extra to have it sent in 2 days. The company only responded once to my several emails. My daughter did not have a dress for prom as promised. I am out $268 that I will fight for them to return to me. Contacting the Better Buisness Bureua Monday. They need to be shut down! Don't buy. It's a scam.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. It is very high quality materials and beautifully made. Fits perfectly when you follow the size chart.
It is for a very special occasion. The whole family loved it.
I have never ordered a dress from shopindress before. I thought it would be a horrible experience but I was pleasantly surprise. It was so easy and fast and the people at the company that shipped the dress were amazing. The nicest people to work with. We wanted to get the size just right and they really cared sending me several emails to make that happen. Love the dress!

Hello, my name is kelly and I live in Leesburg, Rhapsody Street. For anyone skeptical about ordering from this site i would like to share my experience. I was looking for a wedding dress my wedding will be May 23,2016. I fell in love with a dress i saw. After about a week on going back and forth i decide to try it. I ordered March 12 my dress arrived March 21. My dress came from China and i was able to track it all the way to S. C. through DHL. My dress was fabulous! It looked exactly like the picture. I took it to my seamstress who's been doing this for 46 years who was impressed at the quality of the fabric. She told me not to order it but i went with my gut because i had plenty of time if things went bad. I also ordered up in size also but i think if i had ordered my correct size i would've been fine, but thank you to Shopindress, i trusted you guys with the most important day of my life and you delivered! I will be ordering more things for my wedding! Thanks again! Shopindress.

Very beautiful dress it was a perfect fit they even sent me an email asking my measurements to make sure the dress fit like it was supost to. The red/ burgundy showed up days before I was expecting and is a wonderful dress.

I ordered a dress for an event and provide sizes. The dress that came looked like a cheap knock off of the one pictured on the site the bead work was completely different and ugly, the dress was over a foot too long, it wouldn't zip because it was the wrong size, the fabric was different as well as the color, the shoulder seams were crooked, the dress was late and not wearable. The company says they will work with you then ignores emails, I had to find a whole new dress for an event less than a week away. I am still emailing the company they are still ignoring me after initially responded. It has been a month almost since delivery. I am out $219 and have a dress that is so ugly it is unusable hanging awaiting in the ok to return.

I ordered a dress from this website and NEVER received it. I was told I would have my dress by March 17 and it never came. They were so awful to me! They did not respond to any emails regarding a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE

This dress is so pretty I bought it to wear at my friends wedding which I coordinated, when I received it it was so pretty it was a little big but after the alterations it was perfect. The dress is light and comfortable it runs a little long but I am short so after alterations it turned out beautiful and perfect if you have that hour-glass figure. I would definitely recommend this dress!

It seems like it could be a reliable trusted site, but is not. They sell fake or counterfeited dresses. I ordered a dress from the site, and it took over 2 months just for the order to process. The website says 5-8 days. Then another month to ship. Again they say 3-8 business days. They send the wrong color, wrong size, piece of crap. The dress I revieved wasn't even sewed together. The lace was the wrong color. The underlay was the wrong color. There was no jewels like on the actual dress they were supposed to send. They take days to respond to you. And overprice their dresses. Do not trust them. You'll be screwed

The dress was beautiful. It fits me just right because I sent in my exact measurements. I wore it for my prom. Shopindress was very helpful all the way through and sent me pictures of my dress before it was shipped. The only complaint I have is for UPS. While this item was shipping, UPS lost it in the mail. I was scheduled to get my dress March 16 and did not receive it until April 10th (the day of my prom). I had to call them 40 times before they finally fixed the problem. They were going to make me drive 50 miles out of the way to pick up the dress instead of making an early delivery. After all of the mess they caused, I thought that's the least they could do. I was polite to the UPS company all throughout this but then they started taking advantage of me. I suggest you tell Shopindress to make sure you don't get your dress through UPS.

Hello and thank you so much of this beautiful dress! The delivery was extremely fast (I ordered the dress on Friday 3rd of April and 13th of April it was on my home, so it took only 10 days to make this dress with my personalised size and deliver it to Finland with the faster shipment.)
The quality of this dress is amazing: I wasn't waiting for this good dress.
Your staff is really helpful and patient: I asked maaany pictures of many different dresses via email and every time you send me those and helped me with all of my questions.
The colour called Sky Blue, which my dress is, is gorgeous.

I am 17 and a junior in highschool. I was very excited for my first year at prom. I ordered my dress on the 24th of March. As time went on it was April 3rd and I emailed Shopindress and asked how long my
Dress' status would be "processing". Not only did they take more than two days to reply but they didn't answer my question at all. They told me on April 7th that my dress was tailored and would be shipped by the 15th. Remind you my prom is APRIL 23rd. So now it's the week of prom and I have yet to recieve my dress. I have sent multiple emails only to not recieve one back until the 19TH OF APRIL ( the Tuesday before my
Prom!) saying my dress would be shipped by THURSDAY :| . Prom is the upcoming Saturday. Shipping takes 3-8 business days. Meaning either way my dress would not be on time. Luckily there is a ram in a bush and I was able to enjoy my junior prom with a completely different dress that I stressfully purchased at the very last minute. It is now April 25th and the dress has come. The beading is horrible. The fabric is cheap and it is a knock off version of what the dress should've really been. Worse experience ever in my life. Although I enjoyed my prom by luck. All of the emotional distraught caused by this scam of a website is unbelievable. Please
