I got in touch with them, had someone tell me that my items would be shipped, and now, 6 months later, nothing. It's not worth it to go through their $#*!ty website or customer support. They have just reopened and their new inventory is ugly anyway.

Still owed for three orders from early 2015. She goes from stalling us and trying to convince us to be patient (IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS) to now just ignoring us completely and having Hingeto (their new partner or owner?) ignore any e-mails from us as well.
If you look at their Twitter mentions, they are plagued by people who have been waiting 5+ months for their orders to ship, and tons of people never received their refund. THEY ARE ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS by taking their money and never sending them product. It's been over two months and my order hasn't shipped, and they have no idea when it will ship. Shadiest site ever, and what's even shadier is that it's mostly young kids who shop from them and they're taking advantage of that. Pissed I gave them my money.
Shop Jeen had a lot of stuff that I wanted, it's the kind of shop that makes you want to look at every single item they're selling because of the designs and the kind of fashion it is. I ordered a dinosaur handbag and see through strawberry socks, it came within a week and the price wasn't bad either
I ordered a phone case from this site for $20 including shipping. I received it fairly quickly but was very disappointed in the quality. The case was just a plastic cover with a flimsy paper inside. I immediately emailed and asked about gettting a return. They replied and asked for the address to send the pre-paid postage to. After I responded they never answered and after emailing them back several times they have failed reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They are scamming people and robbing them!
I'd placed two small orders with ShopJeen before that were alright, the quality of the products is nice, albeit quite overpriced. However, when I went for my third order, I could not believe the horrific customer service. I waited about a month (the website says it should take 5 days!) before I emailed customer service. I got an email back stating that they were in the process of moving, and orders placed during my time frame would take 4-5 weeks to ship. I'd already waited 4, so I figured it couldn't be much longer. Fast forward another month, still haven't even gotten the dispatch email. I emailed customer service again and got the same message, to which I responded it had been approximately 8. At this point I got a real answer, stating that it was my fault for not investigating their website to know they were moving (are you serious? Put up a message before checkout!) After thoroughly looking, I still couldn't find the article she mentioned, so I asked for a link, but of course to no avail. I waited two more months, intermittently asking via instagram if it was coming. Finally I asked for a refund. No online shop selling pre-made articles should ever take over four months to ship. So disappointed, PLEASE do not waste your time and money shopping here.
Please do not shop at Shop Jeen! It is a very shady site whose products are sometimes shipped from other outside international companies which is why it takes months to get to you. I emailed Shop Jeen for a return on a shirt after not getting it until a month after they said it would be delivered. It was very poor quality and they answered immediately asking for my return address and then never answering again. It's been 5 months. I tried to contact them on their site but they have yet to read my messages or reply to my emails and they do not have a customer service phone number or any efficient ways to deal with customers. They also have a hard time paying the companies who provide them with their items. One company has yet to be paid for merchandise that Shop Jeen sold out 8 months ago. Please don't shop here if you expect high quality merchandise, good customer service, normal shipping times, or the availability of returns.
Still waiting for refund for shoes bought 8 months ago! All i get is automated responses saying someone will get back which they dont! Although i did get an email from Kassandra saying they were having problems with pay pal (that was a month ago) They have got my£120 and also the shoes back and just dont care! (i returned them as customs wanted £60 to release them and was assured by Shop Jeen i would get refund no prob) The worst place i have ever shopped! Dont make my mistake!
I've shopped online several times at Shop Jeen and I would always get compliments on the stuff I got from there. But my last order I only received one of the tshirts I ordered. The other two items never arrived. I waited three months and received nothing. I emailed Shop Jeen several times asking about my order, and every time I was told it would ship today or tomorrow, I would wait three weeks before asking again and I kept wondering why my order never arrived. Finally, in my frustration, I asked for my items to either be located or requested a full refund. I received my refund minus $5.50 for some ridiculous fee that no business does. Who does that! That is bad business. I am an extremely unsatisfied former customer who used to give you guys a lot of credit among my friends. The person who responded to my request did not try to find my items, instead just decided to refund part of my money. I find this very unprofessional and I felt as if the items never even existed. I would have expected a full refund and maybe even credit for future purchases due to the horrendous customer service and extremely long wait only to come up empty handed and losing money in the process. This is the worse shopping experience I have ever encountered and I will share my experience with others to negate this type of experience by any unfortunate person who may they to do business with you.
I waited a week for a tracking number they never sent it. I emailed them about it then next day they never replied all I saw was an email saying a tracking number was just shipped. Wow what a coincidence! If I never emailed them then they'd probably forget. They say they suppose to send out a tracking number within 5 days but it it took a little over a week for it to get sent. They didn't say sorry or anything to make the situation feel better. Bad customer experience. Was very disappointed because I have been shopping here more then a year. Not a way to treat a long time customer. -1 if there was anything lower then a zero.
Never received the item first off, they said they were moving across the country and it would be 2 weeks until it was sent. 2 1/2 months later I still never received the package so I emailed them asking for my money back, the responded right away but I never got my money back. I had to keep emailing them everyday for about a month for them to respond back to my emails (which may or may not have been strongly worded) and to get my money back. I wouldn't even recommend waiting to click into the website. I'm just waiting for someone to sue them, so the business will go bankrupt.
I wish I could give this place negative stars absolutely terrible. Worst online shopping experience the first thing I bought from them was a bomber jacket. It took months to arrive and was nothing like expected the material was thin and see through nothing like the picture and the labeling was so awful if fell off after a month. Maybe this would be okay if it was cheap but it was like 60/80$ I can't remember. Then I recently made the mistake of going back and buying something else from them just a tee shirt but it was like 30 dollar I still haven't recived it it's been well over the estimated shipping time its been atleast a month and it still hasent shipped from the factory when the website said it would in about a week I've emailed them they haven't not reply no matter how many times I email them. Do not shop at shop jeen it's a total over priced scam.
They refused to allow me to return merchandise which had not arrived by needed date even though I offered to pay fedex. Their return policy is a fraud -- they are just plain keeping my money and refusing to send me return papers. I AM REPORTING THEM TO EVERYONE I CAN THINK OFF. VILE VILE VILE PEOPLE!
Pretty much all of her suppliers are waiting for the moment she declares bankruptcy so she'll finally pay us all for all of our clothing she's selling. PAY YOUR SUPPLIERS.
I've ordered from them about a year ago and everything went okay besides the fact all their stuff is over priced. But they are taking advantage of their popularity. I ordered again recently a phone case. They told me shipping was being delayed because they were moving their company. So I waited a good month before being totally feed up and sending them another email. They responded with they were starting to ship again that week. So I waited. I got no email saying my item has shipped so I sent them another email asking where my stuff was. They responded saying that they no longer make the phone case (which is weird because it's still on their website today) and that they would give me a refund. I was so fed up I just asked for my refund. Then she responded with we will give refunds corresponding with your order. I waited another month and still nothing. I sent another email and they responded with "we are no longer issuing refunds for this product" IM SO FED UP WITH THEM AND THEY DESERVE TO BE BROUGHT DOWN. What a horrible business.
I used to really enjoy Shop Jeen's clothes. I love Erin's story and think it's really endearing that she started this place by herself. Shop Jeen's clothes are definitely unique and that's why I gravitated towards ordering from them.
That being said, they hands-down have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I placed an order with them for a Pika Pillow Pal, basically a pillow pet, as a gift for a friend. When I was packing it up to give to him, I noticed there was a hole, about the size of a quarter already, on the seam of the velcro. I brushed it off and just sewed it back up myself. They never told me I would be sold a product with a hole in it, but I gave them benefit of the doubt.
My last straw with them was with a shirt I ordered. Upon receiving the shirt I noticed it had a foul order to it. It straight-up smelled like body odor, the most putrid smell of sweat you can imagine. It was obviously a top someone just wore once(and sweated furiously in), then returned. I tried it on and immediately regretted it. After I took the top off the horrible smell of sweat was on me and I took a shower. I contacted Shop Jeen and they took four days to respond to me. After they directed me to someone to discuss returns, I asked how they could send me a piece of clothing that reeked so bad of someone else's sweated. They simply said they apologized for the "error" and that their clothes go through "quality inspections". Clearly not, but okay they can provide their standardized, robotic answer. They said they could send me a return shipping label. I said yes. They took two days to send me a shipping label, just with the message "see shipping label attached". I found this funny because they post COUNTLESS Instragram posts a day advertising their clothes, but they couldn't find time to send me a shipping label? And they did not even offer me a real reason as to why I was sent a sweaty shirt. They did not care. Any other store would have provided some sort of explanation, or at least excuse, but not Shop Jeen.
None of customer service people that work at Shop Jeen actually care about their customers and it is sad. I used to really love their clothes and their story as how they came to be. I told everyone to shop there, to support an up and coming business. I regret all of that because they truly don't care about their customer if there is a problem with the order. No one actually owned up to the fact that they messed up my order. Quality and customer service is not their priority. I'm done shopping there. Good luck to all who order from Shop Jeen. If you have an issue with your order, you're basically on your own.

I bought many things from ShopJeen. The fabric and quality is very good.
