I purchased from Livfit over the summer a few of their fashion bracelets which I have loved and received compliments on. As the holiday season was approaching, I purchased a couple more bracelets, both fashion and active, along with a necklace as these can be great gifts for friends and family. I made a mistake on my shipping address and contacting them right away before my order was processed. They responded in a timely manner and adjusted the error right away- they were very accommodating and friendly! I look forward to purchasing from Livfit again in the near future and to help their cause they support in any way possible.
So My son purchased a bracelet 1 month ago. He still has not received it. No phone number to call just an email address, he has emailed them like 5 times and absolutely no response. This is the worst customer service ever. All he wants is what was purchased.
My son purchased several LivFit bracelets and he absolutely loved the way they look! The most recent bracelet lasted a month, and I have been told by Erika in Customer Service that a new bracelet is on the way. She even went as far as verifying our information, and told me that a replacement bracelet was on the way. It has been months, and still no bracelet. Don't waste your time or money on these bracelets as even though silicone, they should last more than a month! Very disappointed in the quality and in this company for telling me that it was on the way. I guess it is coming carrier pigeon :)
I bought a "LIV FIT ACTIV+ Bracelet" for my boyfriend. The site appeared to be very trustworthy, and from what I could tell, it was a good product. Delivery was very quick, the product was nice looking, and I was very pleased. He loved the bracelet and wore it everyday. However, about a week after receiving the bracelet it broke! The bracelet was take extremely good care of because it is silicone, and it wont last forever, but I expected it to last more than 7 days. I have every "Lokai" bracelet that has been sold, and I have never broken one. They are both silicone. I would absolutely not recommend this product to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed.
Also I must add that while in search of a place to leave a review on their website, I realized that there wasn't one. Now I know why.
Purchased two bracelets 4 November, send them my correct address, received email to stating, they amended the delivery details and my parcel was shipped. 2 weeks later I send an email that I can not track my parcel, they send an email back; should I not receive it by the end of the 3rd week a new parcel will be send.
I waited that week, send them an email I still haven't received my parcel, they came back to me and said the address was wrong and gave me the address I filled in on the site.
I send them screenshots of them stating they changed the address.
I offered to pay for express DHL delivery and they agreed and send me the rates, till today 7 December I haven't heard anything from them. They aren't replying to my mails and Livfit llc is suppose to be selling these bracelets to donate their profits. But yet they treat their customer like nothing.
They are rude and lie. When called out on it they said they won't send a new parcel until the courier returns the first parcel.
This makes it hard to support companies that's suppose to be doing things for a good cause.
Our goal is to help those with muscular dystrophy & related life-threatening diseases. A portion of profits will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Assn.
