Everything is sent individually from China. Returning products means the limited customer service has to track down who shipped the product and it's up to you to ship it back - cost me $30 - and refunds, if any, take months. No order invoice, confirmation, or tracking info upon ordering. The only way I knew I ordered was a charge on my credit card. Awful.

I thought I was buying some really lovely blazers for work, but what I got were poorly constructed, cheap fabric things that cannot be worn. A complete waste of money. They want you to return the items to Hong Kong, at your expense, with no guarantee that you will get back your money.

Great bag! Durable, waterproof, perfect for day trips and travel. Used it everyday for a month now and I really love it.

I have called every day and emailed them to get a status of my order. No tracking information and no status update for my order. Now, I won't even be able to give my wife what I was hoping to for Christmas.

Not even sure they are in business any more. Their 24/7 support is a lie. Their phone number goes to an automate answering machine that says no one is available. Leave a message and they do not call back.

Do not order from the store. Shipping is very very slow. Even if you pay for expedited! If you cancel order they do not respond they will still send you your item and they do not reply to emails but only by computer response. They do not answer the phone they have a recording, they do not call you back. There is no customer service. It is Terrible

Perfect! I am a women's extra small or small, but I ordered a men's medium because I wanted it to be oversized. It's so soft and comfy.

I would not recommend anyone to shop with this site the are very unprofessional and they never return your call are email you back I've called so many times and emailed them no response my daughter was so disappointed by not getting her dress for prom we had to buy another dress and prom is gone and she still haven't received her dress yet are no refund at all

These pants fit perfectly! A great look for work-not too tight, long enough and just stretchy enough to move with me. I love them. I'm 5'11" and weigh 240 and I never seem to find the right fit. I'll be ordering more of these

Bought these for the pockets and the high waist. The material is surprisingly squat proof. Even with white undies, not a single bit was seen when I did a squat... and trust me I was looking for these to fail. The material has a matte finish and is really soft (like cotton).

I love it I love it I love it! I've had my eye on this skirt for a while and finally this morning decided to order it. It came the same day before 7pm in excellent condition, as pictured, and I'm so happy with it!

My husband bought yoga pants as a Christmas gift. When quality was poor and sizing seemed incorrect, he complained and was offered a 65% credit toward a future purchase vs. a return/refund. The the item I chose to take advantage of the credit was a flop as well - a top of cheap, shiny material I will never wear. Not only that, but I could not use the site's sale code AND the credit together. When I complained (via email, multiple times), I was promised this would be addressed, as my goal was NOT to spend any more money, only the to use the credit on a sale-priced item. Shipping is SO slow - approx. 6 weeks each time. And customer service responses (and false promises) took so long, that the 60 days I had to ask my credit card to deny the charge had passed. I am certain this is on purpose. NOT a company you need to do business with if you value your time and money.

Bought a larger size because I wanted it roomy and to allow for possible shrinkage which not having washed it yet I don't know but, I will wash it on a cool wash. Very comfortable and I love the colour combination.

I placed a more than 100Us$ order on january 15 2022. We are march 4 2022 and I didn't received any tracking information nor a package! I have writed many times since but only received the same bull$#*! proform at each time. This site is a fraud!

I ordered boots that were late so I called and was told they were shipped. Two weeks later I was told they were out of stock and I only get store refund or I'm charged a 20% fee to get my money back. Back and forth with customer service. This never stated clearly at purchase attempt. Scam and horrible business practice.

Love this blazer, I ordered a bigger size than I usually wear thinking the arms might be tight on me, but to my surprise the blazer came in bigger than I expected. I was ok with it since I like things to fit loose. I ordered and XL and I normally wear a Large and I think a Large would have even fit perfect.

Fits nicely, maybe a tiny bit snug if you like a more fitted hoodie, if you like then big and loose, I'd recommend sizing up for sure! I typically wear a US women's 10-12, and the men's medium fits perfectly.

This website is scam I will post all the evidence latter I order one women snickers 7 month ago I didn't get my order or refund it was 192$ it's very painful

I'm 5'7,135 lbs. with a growing baby bump & I LOVE how the small fits me!

I ordered an item for my event, Ipaid the 35 dollars for express shipping (7-11) days & never got it! Then I was told to add on ANOTHER 8-16 days…my event has already passed! They wouldn't cancel my order because " it was being made", then I was told a custom isn't refundable…which made no sense but nothing is custom about the item, especially since I ordered if off the website. Their customer service? No one is every there to answer the phone…the online "text support" doesn't provide/ wouldn't provide another number so that I can calll to talk to do I can have a better understanding & got nothing. This is the first & THE last time ordering from here & I do not recommend AT ALL
