I love this site. They offer same day shipping. I usually get my package within 1-2 days, I don't know how they ship so fast. They also have great styles that are very affordable. I have been to pretty girl stores many times and now I LOVE shopprettygirl.com
I ordered a comforter set. I received literally 2 sheets sewn together with no filling between them and 2 pillow cases. It fit in my mailbox! 34 days was how long it took them to ship it to me when it said 10 to 20 days. So now my 8 year old child is going to be disappointed for that was the one most important Christmas gift she wanted and there's no time to get one somewhere else. So I think this place sucks!

I ordered November 9,2023 and never received my order. I reached out on December 26,2023 because I wanted it for a Christmas gift and told them just to cancel it since I have never received it. All I got back was "you can't cancel". It's been almost 2 months so I'm going to file a complaint with my credit card next. This place is horrible and I will never order from here again. My advice…look some place else for the item!
