I ordered a cell phone case from this company in early October, and still had not received it by early November. I understand China shipping can be long, but this company had no tracking information or anything. Upon calling customer service multiple times, they continued to tell me "sorry, our systems are down, can you call back in a couple hours".
At this point, I'll let my credit card company deal with them, but hopefully this might help someone else out. Pay the little bit extra on items where you know they'll be shipped from. Lesson learnt in this one. Never again.

On Aug. 14, I order a Li-ION laptop battery from this site. Right away, I got an email asking me to call to confirm my order... which was weird as I had submitted it through their site. Why call? After finally reaching them, they shipped my order. Now it's not even 2 months later and the battery will not even charge. I submitted a refund on their website form... no response, I emailed them and now my emails are bouncing back.
Shopping here was good. I ordered a Manicure Set with Travel Jewelry Box, the price was reasonable and was something that I was looking for. Was hoping it to reach on time and it did.The conversation over the phone went smooth and the entire process was perfect. I loved the product quality and it is certainly a great item. One of my friend loved it too and she has already placed her order. A great site to buy Skin Care and Travel accessories products.
This is a great price for a 32GB SanDisk micro SDHC card. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase. For $10 this 32 GB class 4 micro SDHC card is worth every penny. This is a Class 4 card meaning that it gets the real-world performance of about 4MB sustained write speed, which is what I've experienced with it. If you did check out my profile you may know that I have reviewed a lot of data storage devices.It's because I am a very heavy smartphone & camera user. I have used memory cards of almost every brand and have a good idea about the performance of each.
I'll keep it short. I ordered a Bluetooth speaker through their site. I live in a mountain town that does not have postal service, but talked through the shipping after their supplier called to verify shipping directions.
That's as good as it got. They didn't follow directions and my order was returned to them. I couldn't call shopshiphappy, so I emailed. After weeks of messages I'm told they can't do anything until they hear from the supplier.
My last two emails haven't received a response. I tried a phone number in an email and they speak incomprehensible english. After no product or refund I'm considering calling the police. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
I placed an order for one "Toshiba SATELLITE C855-S5115 Laptop Screen 15.6 LED BOTTOM LEFT WXGA HD". Beforehand I attempted to contact the store with manufacturing questions with limited response. The product arrived timely enough but was *Destroyed in the Box on Delivery*. The box itself was damaged, and the screen poorly wrapped in bubble tape on only two sides. What a rip off.

My husband bought a replacement lawn mower belt after searching various other companies online. Found this site and thought it was good deal, so we ordered it. Shipping was fast and we were pleased with that; however, the belt that was ordered was not the right one, so I followed the instructions on their website to get an RA. Requested one through their online customer service email. Waited two days and got no response. So I did it again. Still no response after another two days. My husband called and spoke with someone from customer service (who he could hardly understand). Told my husband that he would send out a return packet that would include an RA# for us to return. Waited over a week and no packet. I filed a complaint thru the BBB. Company responded that they were waiting for us to SEND them an email acknowledging we understood that there was a 25% restocking fee. That commented to the BBB was inaccurate. My husband did acknowledge via phone conversation that he understood the 25% restocking fee but was never told about sending them an email. After corresponding back and forth through the BBB and email was send to us explaining where to ship the item back to that included the RA number. The address was in the same town as we live, so my husband drove to the place and found the office space was empty and the person who occupied it was only there for a few hours a day (according to a neighboring business). The business also has not phone number, nor website. This was a little suspicious to us. Needless to say, it wasn't worth paying the postage to return the item to a store front that is only managed a few hours a day. I will never buy from this Third Party Company again.
Finding the vacuum cleaner bags was easy and speedy. The order process could not have been simpler.
