I saw the t in the shop. I called a week later. My size had come in. I had it immediately. So friendly so fast. Loved it all!
We went into the store one day and found a shacket. They didn't have the size needed in store but she said she would have a order in that next Monday. I tried and tried to order online and never could until about 2 weeks later. I ordered a medium. A week went by and still no order update so I emailed them and I get "I'm sorry, we are out of the size needed and I can't get ahold of the company". It should have never taken me having to email them to find out my order was never going to be filled.
I was charged on my credit card for an item that wasn't in stock. I did not receive a refund. I have E-mailed to no avail. I will not order from this site again!
My order was refunded for no reason. They didn't give me an explanation or specified why my order was refunded.
All contacts have been prompt and courteous. Very happy wirh my purchase.
