I bought a set of Signature Garden solar lights which look great and illuminate the path really well. One of the lights failed after a year, so I contacted the company for help. Their customer service was second to none; I had a replay to my email within 2 hours and received a replacement the following day. There aren't many companies out there that offer this level of service and I would have no hesitation buying from this company again.
The solar lights look like they are okay but out of the set of six only three work. I've checked everything but cannot find the problem. They came with no instructions. On the box is a website but the website (Signaturegardenproducts.com) is non-existent and cannot be found. A Google search for Signature Garden Products does not find the company. I have contacted Amazon with the problem and they may reply.

Purchased solar garden lights from Amazon. One failed 4 days after the 30 days return policy. Cannot get response from seller. Website on box cannot see on web:signaturegardenproducts.com.Box says lifetime replacement. Poor customer service. Again with Amazon they keep giving me the wrong number for BRITECH,INC. It's only a $3.00 light but now it's the principle Amazon or Britech is not customer service friendly

I have only had the lights a few days! Two don't work! Website is non existent! Not a happy camper at all!
I bought 2 sets of the light earlier this year and one is not working. I tried the web address they have for their life time guarantee and it can not be found. How can amazon allow them to sell a product that doesnt exist?
