I purchased item and received damaged. I contacted company and they said to return for full refund, but I had to pay to return. They would not. I sent complaint, so they blocked my email. I sent message to customer service through another email about this. They said they would send me item free of charge as good faith for the way I was treated. Then I get email saying they were not going to send me item. Sorry.

Bought 3 items none fit as advertised. I am so disappointed, I did all the research available on the SilkySilky site, come Christmas and none fit. Tried to contact company, not a whisper back. Obviously don't want my business ever again, but I will put reviews everywhere I can, and maybe they think they can just keep my money, well I'm sure that the business they don't get will be in the 10s of $1000s. People read the reviews, I read only the ones on the website, big mistake. So this one is going up on many other sites.

I received the mens XL silk pajama set for Christmas. I immediately noticed the inseam was badly stitched. After 4 uses it was separating badly. I emailed Silky SIlky who promises a response within 24 hours. 3 days later (after sending 2 further emails) they responded and asked for pictures, which I sent immediately. 3 days later (after sending an email asking for an update) they asked for my shipping address, which I gave them immediately. 3 days later they(after sending emails asking for an update) they said that they don't want me to send back the pajamas but If i pay 27 dollars they will send me a new set. This was a christmas gift that is now going to cost me money due to their negligence, laziness and lack of quality control. Do not order anything from Silky SIlky.
