Their shop randomly closed down and they scammed so many people of their money. It's all over YouTube. They are back now and they delete all comment relating to their scams.

Silly Squishy are ridiculous, my sister purchased several Squishy from their Website, spent over $150.00 and "The Pencil" arrived damaged, one Eye is peeling, she sent them pictures the very first day she received her package. They didn't even acknowledge the E-mail and answer her, after sending several E-mails in this regard. These people are very dishonest. All the reviews on Google are correct, They do not stand by their products. I will definitely have her contact PayPal and discuss this matter.

Ordered just before Christmas 2016, paid for expedited shipping, they charged my credit card that same day and NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT! No phone number to contact customer service, no way to log in to check order status and subsequent emails went unanswered. I'm baffled at how this site is still in business other then they rip people off. So, my daughter was not only dissapointed at Christmas but here it is 4 months later and she still is asking why they haven't shipped! HORRIBLE!

Uh, basically I ordered from this website, and I got my package, but I thought I was getting an "Easter egg filled with candy", when I actually got an Easter egg with one lousy piece of gum in it. I got my squishes, and they are squishy, but the faces are very badly painted on there. You can't even make out what the face is supposed to be, and it's very messy. I'd advise shopping somewhere else, such as Jenna lyn squishes, where you get extras (I got stickers, a pen, and a donut squishy) and the squishes are better quality. Also the squishes I got from silly squishes smelt very badly.

Product is made very poorly. Received mine with ripping, peeling and tearing right from the package. Customer service is non existent. No phone number to contact customer service and email complaints go unanswered. They are happy to take your money and be done with you. Shame on them for not standing behind their product and disappointing the users of their product, children!

My daughter loves Silly Squishes. They are original, adorable, and have some great boxing. They make great collectibles. Since they have reduced their prices, I have purchased MANY squishies from them - actually, almost every one they have produced.
However, I have received about 3 squishes that needed to be replaced because they were either defective or dirty. I ordered a cat cake that was filthy, wasn't in the clear housing in the box, and someone left stencils in the box. Either their quality control is bad or they don't care.
I can honestly tell you, Silly Squishies has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have an issue, don't expect them to email or call you back -Period. With the first issue I had, about a squishy milk and couple of other items were damaged because the box was over packed, they did message back. They person told me to leave it setting out for a couple of days and they would reform. The milk never returned to form. I tried contact them again - nothing. I was very mad when I got the cat cake that I mentioned above. They had just came out. But okay. I though maybe it got shipped on an accident. Maybe it was a floor model that got mixed in. So, I email, called. Emailed, called. Emaild called. I was always nice and polite with my words. All they had to do was replace the cat cake. That simple. But no. When I received the Silly Tarts they were a little dirty too. I didn't even bother emailing them.
A company should stand behind their product. If one of you customers has a legitimate problem, fix it. Return calls and reply to emails. Address concerns that need to be address.

I will NEVER buy from Cutie Creative (The Squishy ship) because they too have horrible customer service. I'm in the US so they are over seas from me. My package took 2 months to receive because they didn't even bother to ship it over a month after I purchased it. They would not respond to my emails with. If I every have another issue with SillySquishes, and they don't address it, I'm done with them too. They only reason I'm giving them another chance is because they are located in the states and shipping is quick and affordable.

This company is only hurting themselves. Top notch customer service = loyal customers. No customer service = taking business elsewhere. It's that simple.

Nothing but the absolute best from this company I just received another package that I purchased in late October 2020, I highly recommend them, I know a lot of people have mixed feelings about silly squishies but their squishy formula are a game changer the attention to detail with their squishies is impeccable and everyone deserves another chance, companies go through rough times and I'm really really glad they are back, I am an international customer in the UK and have personally never had any bad experiences with silly squishies previously and now and will continue to support them and recommend them 100% to everyone, thank you so much sillysquishies! :) you have a very happy customer Xo

I ordered my niece a bunch of these things from this bull$#*! website, they took my money sent me confirmation that my purchase was made then sent me an email saying my order wasn't complete trying to get me to pay again, I also have conformation that my credit card was charged, I been emailing them and no response even calling the fake $#*! number you gave, I'm very pissed my niece really wanted this for Xmas, sillysquishies u full of $#*! for not contacting me

Never received the order. Could not get them to replace or refund. Had to get my money back through PayPal. I would not recommend purchasing from this site! You will be sorry.

Silly squishies took quite a while around 3 weeks. When it came it was well packaged and I had everything I ordered in the box. Do dar they didnt charge us any fee for international shipping. The package was perfect. I hope to order from them again thank you silly squishies

Ordered for my daughters birthday in uk never did arrive patronising e mails spent hours trying to track parcel appalling customer service DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered a large pig mermaid squishy and a week or two later I got a tiny squishy in the mail that was not worth the $20 that I paid for it. I have bought the same size squishies from The Dollar Store that are better. I will NEVER buy from Silly Squishies again and I do not recommend anyone else to. I did email them to ask what they can do for me but they said everything is a final sale... needless to say too bad!

This company sells squishies which arrive damage. When you try to contact them they tell you they sell them as is. That it is written in their policies. Almost as if they need to protect themselves, knowing they will arrive damaged. Beware they are very bad quality. I spent almost $200.00 and all squishies I got were damaged with cracks.

My daughter bought one for 25 buck plus shipping... it was no bigger that the same ones we got at the dollar store! STAY Away! Called to return or get a refund. They said too BAD

Ordered Silly Squishies and received them defective with peeling and tearing. When I reached out to the company via email, they don't have a phone # where you can reach them, I was ignored. The customer service is non existent. I have yet to get any resolution. Just sharing my negative experience with this product and company.

I ordered a bunch of squishies for my daughters birthday. I got charged and a confirmation code but then received an emailing stating that me order wasn't completed. There is absolutely no customer service to call and they haven't returned any of my emails. I'm worried that I have wasted 70 dollars on nothing. VERY DISAPOINTED!

I paid extra for tax and shipping both separately which was way too expensive for shipping that takes longer than 2 days. Wasn't sent an email for tracking information, never received the package, went to check the post office for package and wasn't there. When I asked for tracking information for the package, the only thing I was provided was a number and that's it. The number didn't even work and there was no package to track. The company is a scam and I will never trust it again. The company didn't apologize or come up with a solution or compensation. No package, no refund, no satisfaction.

Although many people say they are not trustworthy, try to contact them or call. I personally thought sillysquishies is the BEST place to buy all the squishies:)
They are based in USA and so am I so i recieve orders in 3 days.

This is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Sub standard squishy and non existent customer service. Once you have placed your order there is no way to cancel it. Chances are they'll just send it anyway and ignore your request to cancel. Prices vary daily and there is no consistency.

Absolutely avoid at all costs.
They state no matter what damage... no liability.
If item lost stolen or arrived damaged... they state that's liability and risk of buyer.
Only pay PayPal so your money safe.
They don't tell you that an order that weigh 100 grams. That costs 30 pound Will get you a 22.22 customs charge to UK... that's shocking.
My little girl has cried all week as she doesn't have enough money to pay it.
They refuse to help.

I placed my first order with this company and I was surprised when it arrived within a few days. My items were well packaged and none of my squishes had any flaws. The licensed squishes came in their original packaging. I found a couple of popular hard to find squishes that I couldn't find on any other site at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the whole process and I will order from this company again.

Spent $19.99 on an item that basically fell apart after one day. The squishy is very poorly made. The company does not stand behind their products and that alone is a red flag that the quality of their products is poor. Unfortunately, it was after my purchase did I realize their terms and conditions and that all product is sold "As Is". That is crazy, "As Is" is usually for clearance items or at a garage sale! Ridiculous and very disappointing. Too bad, my daughter was so excited and now she is only disappointed.
