Purchased hair more than a month ago not yet received it, I get lies after lies, I blame myself for not checking her reviews prior to ordering anything, BEWARE, she is fraudulent

I purchased a wig from them over a month ago. Paid for a dye service. It tool them nearly a month to dye. When i received the wig it was damaged, wet. Basically nothing like the picture or what i paid for. These girls are scams. Buy from larin hair. She is a thief and will steal your money. I asked fot a refund and if i send back the hair will i get it back as this is not what i paid for. These nasty crows ignored me g9ing back and fourth saying they couldn't dye the hair due to damage even though it was already damaged and even though they told me they could achieve the colour. This is why black people get no where as they aren't qualified to do hair and just scam their way. Lala give me my money you dam theif. Beware this fool had her friends write reviews once she saw about 3 reviews. Check and you will see the good reviews were marked the same time as each other. Guys don't waste your money as you can see below rhe colour i asked for and what i received. The wig is very bad in person. I have not touched it. Its like lord of the rings. She will get her karma. Its dry, holes in lace brittle not curly like the wig on her page. I have more evidence of everything so let me know if you need to see messages and more pics from this trash company. Listen to the girl here who said they are a scam she is right. I wish I saw this review in time. This is nothing like the sasha wig. If i could rate it 0 i would. They'll probably come on here lying saying they don't know who this is. Well this review is accurate and i have proof of receipt that i will send to anyone who wants to see and messages of discussing the wig colouring service. At no time did they say it cant be dyed fully otherwise why would i pay for it to be not dyed same colour #chief

As a first time wig user, I was a longtime fan of Silqmist as all the wigs they have advertised was beautiful so I took a chance and bought a wig! Now, I did make a compromise with the company as my original order was 180 density but due to the shortage of certain wig wefts and laces, I compromised with the 150 density and I am completely happy with it. Its actually one of my favourite wig to date! I have recently ordered my first coloured wig from the company and they have achieved the exact look I was going for albeit for the long turnaround for the hair. I am happy and completely satisfied with my purchases as I feel like an amazing woman whenever I get ready to put them on

I only place 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact that there isn't really clear communication from the company. Like I said before, the turnaround for a customised wig did take nearly a month and I had to email regarding an update. If anything would need more work on, it'll be the communication regarding customers orders. Understandable this is a small business that is growing, maybe having a set customer service team on stand by?

This is my honest review.
I noticed the burgundy wig being advertised. Was one of the new drops. I'm not sure if they still do that as of now. But at the time they just dropped this particular colored wig called Jessie. I was excited because the presentation looked nice, it looked so cute and I didn't own a colored wig so I was like why not purchase one from them. Because it was a new drop - there weren't any reviews for me to look at for this particular wig. Besides the model who was modeling the wig. So I bought it anyway in: 18 inches, Remi hair, I think transparent lace, 150 density and 13 x 4. Off the bat, I was a bit skeptical because you had to pay for customization. Not gonna lie I've noticed that with a lot of UK-based wig companies I don't think that's good marketing. But I just filled it out and submitted it. Now on the site it said it takes two weeks and though I do not live in the UK I expected it to have maybe three weeks max but this thing took two months to arrive. Upon receiving it, it was not it at all. The hair felt like Barbie doll hair. It was matted from the coloring. The parting space on the frontal didn't seem like it was 4 inches going back - it seemed like maybe 2 inches. I did email them about this. They told me that I should try to condition it a lot and there's nothing they can do. That advice didn't help or work. So I just left it and didn't bother anymore and gave it away. But my biggest recommendation for anyone buying a wig from them or in general - do your research make sure that what you're getting is what you're getting. Not just cause a pretty model is wearing it because you never know what it is that they are advertising. They might give them the good stuff and give you the bad stuff. The customer service was okay. But they did take their time to write back to me and keep me updated on the order. Please be careful.

I booked jumbo lemonade stitch braids and sent in a photo of this style as I habe had it done several times before. I decided to try this salon as it was local as my usual stylist is in Crystal Palace. I took the day off work as I had to do my nails as I was flying off for my birthday in a few days. Therefore, this was supposed to be my birthday hair. They agreed that they could do the style and that I should purchase Impressions hair. Which I'd never used and that should've been my first red flag. I just thought this is what the stylist preferred.
I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early amd no one was at the salon. I waited until dead at 11am until someone arrived. Second red flag. The stylist arrived so after and there was no gummy wax to do the style. She was a little frazzled and said she was going to have to go and buy the 'gel'. That should have been my third red flag as my stylist never uses gel to do stitch braids.
After waiting for 15 for her to come back. She asked what style I was doing, I showed her the photos and asked her if she would be able to do it and she confidently said yes.
It was evident through the way she was braiding my hair that she was not familiar with hoe to do stitch braids. I had booked Jumbo Nd I kept having to direct her on the size as she kept doing them too small. After three rows at the back I asked her to take a picture of how it was going as I could tell she wasn't too confident. I was horrified at what I saw. At this time, I was trying to be graceful and asked for another stylist to do my hair. But I was informed that this stylist was the braided. My head was sore as she kept pulling it too tight amd at thos point I asked her to take them out as this was not the standard I expected. The owner/co owner came to try and resolve the situation but I reiterated that I felt I had Bern misinformed or boomed under the guise that a Service I wanted could be booked. However, they had let me down. Eventually, I agreed for the stylist to do large knotless as that was easier and she stated she could fo them. Fourth red flag, I should have left at that point but I realised I had no other options so I let the stylist do the knotless braids. If you ever see the mismatched braids this girl did in my hair I was furious. To tip it off she used so much gel that my hair flaked within hours. I spoke with the owner at the end and whilst they agreed I shouldn't have to pay the whole place is a mess. Their service appears good but they neex to refine wo many things. What mDe it worse is that another customer had an issue whilst I was there. In terms of my hair, I took it out before I flew out as my scalp was in pain and mostly because it was completely white flaky from all the gel. Never again will I return and its a shame as I wanted a local hairdresser but now I know that my braider in Crystal Palace is worth the journey. They shouldn't agree to do styles if they are not confident that they can offer the service. If I could have rated this 0, I would have.
