What I expected when I signed up with their system is that my cameras worked with my alarm system through Brinks. What I have are 2 worthless cameras, not even sure my door camera is through my Brinks. So make it 3. I expected to be treated fairly by their company and instead I get tossed around. No calls back. Why would I want a system that has cameras that worked through a EUFY program, my backyard is nice but I am not in the habit of gazing through the cameras at them, What did I have before this? I had Vivint. I had 2 backyard cameras that recorded movement, I had a doorbell that recorded movement. What do I have now? None of that. I told Trea that I would change if I had the equivalent of what I had with Vivint. Now I can't get a call back. Not one. Nada. I am at the end of my rope and this company has ripped me off. Own it. Live it. Be it. I called 7/13,7/15,7/18,7/20,7/22,7/27 no call back, called again 7/28. Emailed the CEO Edwin on LinkdIn. 7/28 and Ben Brookhart the CRO on 8/1. BBB is next.

Run, don't walk away from this company...they are a rip off.

They signed me up for Brinks but my cameras are not hooked up to my security system, why, my backyard is nice but I don't need to gaze at it. I need cameras that record movement.
