I ordered a leather coat (women's "super clemzy") from this company in February. The picture showed a tailored, light brown leather coat with beige faux fur lining. The coat came in 2 weeks as promised, but it was dark brown inside and out. According to customer service, the maker "got confused" looking at the picture of the coat I ordered. The coat did not fit right. It was not custom, but the packing slip said it was a men's coat. Conveniently, the only tag in the coat stated the size and "Made in Pakistan". I brought up the issue. They tried to discredit me, then offered to make a custom coat, n I thought,"fine, if they can get it right the second time, I'll be ok with that." They said it would take no more than 10 days. Communication was taking a few days n I had second thoughts, but when I tried to back out n just return the first coat, they wouldn't hear it n said my coat was "almost finished". The second coat arrived in 3 weeks. More than 10 days from when it was "almost done." The second coat was again the wrong color, was suede with a cheap sheep wool interior, and the collar had a blemish in the wool. The custom coat was also TOO SMALL. Their tailors obviously know nothing. I could barely get my arms in the sleeves. It did indeed fit around my torso perfectly... if you didn't take into account the fact that the coat needed to overlap a few inches in order to be zipped! Again, they didn't want to believe me and talked about how they went to great lengths to make me happy. They had me return both coats to Daud Hamid at a residential address in Pennsylvania. I didn't make sure to get my refund first. I pestered them about it for a while, but now they just blocked my email. Been 2 months. Never gonna see my coat refund, nevermind the fact that they said they would also reimburse for return shipping. I hesitate to say that they are liars and thieves. It's not a scam because they sent me a good coat the first time (just not what I ordered). But their business practices are horrible. Also, when I ordered and up til a few days ago, they were "Super Leather Jackets" at superleatherjackets. Site (or. Com?). Maybe they just updated, but I have to wonder if that is a frequent occurance? I can't review them on yelp, because they don't give the address of their headquarters. They're slippery. And they are very keen on keeping their money.
