I want to recognize an employee by the name of Krishay Lewis a cashier. Who takes her position as customer service Above and Beyond then to be expected. She did not only take the time out to help me shop. She went a step further went the extra mile. Walked me to my car and that just made my shopping easier. That may not be impressive to anyone else. I am a 63 year old with trouble walking she lightened my load for sure that day. Excellent greeter and great at small talk remember me when I returned. I just had to say something. Thank you Mrs Everette

Went to Smart & Final Riverside Vine St. Guy behind me asked cashier if he could get alcohol,, cashier waved him on. He squeezed past me unmasked, elbowed me made rude comment. Guy in front of me was very ill he pulled his mask down and coughed and sneezed. I got Covid cashier only wearing handkerchief for mask. I had receipt from previous visit for refund on 3 items that were rung up wrong, cashier said sorry if you leave store it's on you. Store environment is unsafe and hostile. I was just in to get paper towels

I'm a senior citizen living in a senior building the one store for me to shop for groceries is smart and final. My complaint every other month I have purchase meat that was very spoiled. Could smell anything from outside. Took back got refund but its happens every couple months at Store number 470 Los Angeles Calif *******

Smart & Final has not changed their any of the services they offer. Smart & Final has some dedicated employees. My favorite store #(591) to shop in person or online. Smart & Final prices are reasonable in meeting my shopping needs.

I went into Smart & Final (store # 358). Where I had the pleasure of meeting the checkout employee-Matt and his professionalism, attitude, and charisma in just a matter of moments blew me away. I believe it's just as important to provide positive feedback/reviews as negative ones especially with the current state of the global epidemic going on. I immediately called in and requested to speak to a supervisor to make sure she passed on the message to him for me. Matt you made my day, you inspired and reminded a military veteran that there are still kind people out there. I thank you!

SO I GO TO SMART AND FINAL AND THERE IS A BIG SIGN " SANITIZED CARTS HERE" WELL THIS WAS BS. I WATCHED CARTS BEING PUSHED UP FROM THE PARKING LOT AND NOT ONE OF THEM WAS CLEANED IN ANY WAY. THEY SHOULD NOT MISLEAD THE PUBLIC. SHAME SHAME

I live in La Mesa,CA. I have been going to this market on Navajo, La Mesa: The Vegetables are almost always old, or rotten, or they don't have any. 2 yes now, been going here. The next day. It browns, or it's rotten. I don't have a car, to go back and return but I spoke to others people, they rotten. I watched a guy putting cucumbers out 33 cents each, they all where soft. I handed him one, and said Would you buy this! He said No, put it in the trash. Just look at this store at what they have. It's old. They should stop carrying it all.

Management is on top of it they're the best I've had the best Best heaven is the top of the game she have her customers out when they need it all the time every time I needed help from her she's helped me I appreciate some final San felt I'm headed to management under is all helpful

Worst store in Merced
Large homeless presseence
Always hassled by pan handlers store staff doesn't care if customers are herrassed by vagrants
Lousy management.
Filthy store fecesse human feces in parking lot and dumpster area...
Samantha is rude and Claudia can barely speak English and has no management skills and flirts sexually with all the young men.
Over all poor I know several people quit going for those reasons.
Including me.
The store was better when Sergio and Vicky where managers..

Yes ,Claudia is rude and let a homeless man verbally abuse me right in the front door entrance.and she did nothing to stop it from happening.
The part that gets me I'm not going to let Claudia or smart and final get away with it I am seriously dispondent..BECAUSE CLADIA YOUR MANAGER KNOWS THE MAN

Bait and Switch. This is the second year they have done this. They advertise rib eye roast at a decent price, but don't bother putting it on the shelf. I went in twice this week. This time I spoke with the meat stocker who said they had not stocked any all week.

Today me and my friend meet up for lunch and decided go to buy the pork ribs from the store in Diamond Bar Blvd. However, the cashier (Nicole) she also the manager telling us we only can buy 2 packs of ribs because it only limit 2 packs per household. We tried to explain to her that we're paying per household with separate bill and also try to show her we're living two different address, but she ignore and saying even 2 household but if we come together we only can buy 2 packs, that is they corporate policy. Even the customer behind us saying that is so ridiculous and asked her why? We end up returned all the merchandise from the store and went to Sam's Club got our ribs. Price may a little bit higher, but we all happy. Just want to know what kind of the policy is that? Is that means we can't shop with friends in Samrt Final?

Really been my favorite and best place to shop for a long time. Great affordability, product selection and availablility of bulk goods. Really gotten worse lately, pandering to the vile inflationary trend, substantial product gaps and most disturbingly an advertising campaign that could perhaps be characterized as the work of malignant irresponsible nazi arsonists. Just reeks of corruption. Really been noticing the diminishing health food section and lack of spice variety. Seems quite determined to spread heart disease. /sigh

I love this store! They have fairly reasonable prices and they usually have everything in stock that I need. Try their bear claws and cranberry orange scones... yum!

I SHOP AT THE CAMARILLO STORE *******, MY FAVORITE CHECKER IS ALDO,
HE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL, HAPPY AND THE BEST BAGGER IN THE STORE
HE IS CAREFUL, MAKING SURE THAT IWILL BE ABLE TO LIFT THE BAGS OUT

NEXT COVID19 HOTSPOT (BOYCOTT IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH): although Smart and Final has BIG signs at the entrance of their Laguna Niguel store on Crown Valley there were at least three employees who were NOT wearing masks. Some MORON there has decided that a plastic face shield is sufficient. My daughter and I are therefore BOYCOTTING this store and shopping at Stater Brothers (on La Paz) and Albertsons (on Alicia Parkway) instead, as THEY both require all employees to wear facial masks. Masks AND face shields are great together... facial shields without masks do NOTHING to protect their customers. I am also calling corporate to inform them they have have LOST my business for the duration. The manager of this Smart and Final MUST be a complete MORON. If he or she doesn't have corporate permission to do this, I smell BIG TROUBLE.

Smart & Final Extra can't be beat whether you are buying in store or online for delivery the prices and quality are Great... The store is very organized and clean and workers are friendly... Highly recommend!
