Good experience, but wish you had more selection of card themes, i.e. Thinking of You, Hang In There, or a plain option for free text.
I paid for 2 day shipping. It should have been there last Thursday. It's still not there today. Refund my shipping charge of over $40.00. Don't offer something if you can't deliver it. My office will probably be closed for the holidays before this gift ever gets there. That's why I paid for 2 day shipping that you offered when I ordered this. Please do better.

My boss found them and asked me to order them as a small gift for our 5 January top coordinators.
We are part of a high school robotics team with 36 students. Many of our students have dietary restrictions and it's difficult to find snacks that everyone can have. This was the perfect box of yummy snacks! The kids were so excited!
We chose SmartBox because we didn't have to worry about food allergies and knew the vegan box would be safe for all of our students. Not only safe but delicious!

Your website works very well and my order was delivered promptly. It just wasn't the product I thought it was. That is not your fault. If you ever get the Fat Snax Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, I will be very interested in buying those.
A Google search for Fat Snax Chocolate Chip cookies found no other sellers offering them. Everybody else only had the mini double chocolate chip, which is not what I wanted. It is just unfortunate that what you were selling was not the mini chocolate chip cookies but the full size, which did not taste nearly as good.

We ordered a large Holiday Box and it was packed with tasty snacks. Loved the variety, it had everything from sweet chocolate bars to salty popcorn to healthy granola, something for every snacking mood :) The home delivery is nice, no more trips to several stores to find your favorite snacks.
