I recently ordered a new pricing gun... the store brand. It is a 1 liner. I was surprised at how small the labels are for this gun but the print on the label once made is very nice. My staff is very happy with it as well. We plan on ordering a second one soon. The price compared to monarch is much less to one we purchased several years ago.

I ordered a fire from this company on the 14th March 2011 and the company took my money and I am still waiting for the fire. They have given me an order number and they claim the goods were dispatched on the 22nd March with xdp Bradford but when I phoned XPD they said I would need to contact online fires. The phone number on their website is always on answer machine and the company have now stopped answering my emails. Please do not buy from this website.

Same with me. Ordered a screen over 6 weeks ago... took my money but now no delivery and wont return calls or emails!

Scam - they're selling software that you need key number to run. I bought the software several years ago and since I changed computers I needed new key but they never responded

I ordered a few items from Serenity Health. They arrived quickly which was great. One item, log grabber, seemed defective so I emailed CS as required per their return policy. I was asked if I though anything was wrong with the item which I did note in my message. It then took them 5 hours to get back to me a 2nd time telling me to destroy the item and they would credit the account used to purchase the item. The problem was I had already put the item in the mail as I was told to do in there original response to my message. I spent over $18 to do that and they told me they would not reimburse me since I was told to destroy the item.
I strongly RECOMMEND that you purchase items from a reliable and more customer oriented business. The item was defective, refund the customer the entire cost of the item + postage... lousy company!

We bought a Thelin Pellet Stove (Parlour 3000) from the factory outside of Carson City, Nevada. According to them it was a special order because we chose a certain color and trim that they offered. When we got it home we found that the surround was not on correctly and the safety button for the auger had to be engaged manually since the hopper top was too tight to slide over it. We were also having problems with the pellet feed channel not allowing pellets to feed evenly into the burn pot (a design flaw) and there were several other major design flaws causing problems. We took the stove back to the factory but the owner said there would be about a $1,200 restocking fee (the stove cost about $3,700). He also accused us of lying about a couple of things and insulted our intelligence. Also, the technical support consists of one person who doesn't seem to know that much and doesn't return phone calls. Bought a Montigo 48" fireplace with remote and power exhaust fan.
The instructions were not specific to that combination, as a result it has never worked properly.
After a month of dealing with their "tech" department, they said they couldn't help?
So I'm out 7 grand?

POSSIBLE FRAUD:
I just wanted to make a complaint about an Internet trader that as far as I can see is based in Leeds.UK
The firm has a website - www.firesgalore.co.uk which was registered as based in Leeds.

The problem with this firm is that they don't supply the goods.

I placed an order for an electric fire on July 1st and immediately received an automated response saying that delivery would be in 7-10 working days if the fire was in stock. The payment was taken from my account a couple of days later (£260). When the two weeks passed I tried to ring them for an update - to see if the fire was in stock or not. The problem is that their sales 'hotline' ******* ******* is just an answering machine and they don't reply to messages left.
They also don't reply to any emails sent to *******@firesgalore.co.uk which the answerphone message requests.

I did some digging on the Internet and found (too late!) that there are quite a few complaints and warnings abut this firm.

I've now given up on them, and have asked my bank to initiate the Visa chargeback process but I was wondering if something could be done to investigate this firm or stop them from trading as they appear to be fraudulent.

Complete crooks take your money, send you an initial email then no goods, and can't get any response from them either. I have had to chase getting my money back from the Credit card company. I can't believe Worldpay are helping them to do this!
