Well folks, once again I have ordered an item and it is made in China. I ordered 2 epilators, one for me and one for a friend. While in the process of checkout, the page disappeared. I started over from scratch and placed a very pricey order. Then I was in my email and noticed TWO orders 1 hour apart. I told the company this and they said they had nothing to do with the mishap and their return policy regardless of how I got the order is a 50% refund. Each package was $117.00 and I am honked that they are only going to refund half. No where is this refund policy prominent. AND I think they give themselves the 41/2 stars. Looking further into this, I see they were price gouging me for the $59.00/each and I could have walked into the local Walmart to purchase for $20.00 each. PLUS these are made in CHINA. There was no phone number to call about the mishap so they could have caught it right when I noticed the emails. I sent an email 24 hours ago, and someone made a return call to Google Voice and I missed the call. Who does that? My cell phone was on the order, PLUS they had my email address available for a response. The support staff are from the Philippines and hard to understand. AM I the only one who is upset that the US companies are selling our country out to China? As soon as these items arrived, I am shipping them back!
Tip for consumers:
Strongly discourage purchasing from China. Their products have infiltrated Amazon, TV, and the web in a way that is NOT visible. ALWAYS a bad deal, always difficult to recoop money spent.
