Had no issues at all. Was told 3 weeks for custom socks and they arrived at my door step 24 days later so pretty close. The Custom Socks are actually made by TCK which is a solid company. Quality looks good, no complaints. We will see how they hold up..

Ordered custom socks, which were not cheap. Faces on the socks look like brown blobs. Really bad and not acceptable. I would be embarrassed to even donate these to charity. Really bad customer service. Unwilling to remedy the situation in any way. I have socks from other similar companies which turned out great. Do not order from this company until they change their poor customer service!

Ordered custom socks, which were not cheap. Faces on the socks look like brown blobs. Really bad and not acceptable. I would be embarrassed to even donate these to charity. Really bad customer service. Unwilling to remedy the situation in any way. I have socks from other similar companies which turned out great. Do not order from this company until they change their poor customer service!

The service overall was slow. I spent 1 week to aprove the mockup and wait for the invoice. I asked them couple of times if they will get the socks until a specific date. Paid for the fast shipping and etc. 2 weeks later I receive a message that my order was cancelled since they suspect fraudulent behavior. Like why? No matter how many times I wrote them to find out the reasons. Still no reply. I don't even know if I'll get the refund. Very disappointed since I needed this socks for event, and of course don't have time to order from another company.

Socks are great but customer service needs to be better! I ordered a sock that says it can come with a Brim text then told no had to be same on all sock the text was the same tried calling to get a live person no answer email to have them call no response!

They have minimums which make it hard to order custom for each player on a team. Not what the market needs.

Defects galore. No return phone calls. Then when I finally return on my own with proof they drag out for weeks to say no thanks the defective socks are yours. Buyer beware.

Placed an order end of August for Christmas gifts... they keep sending cute little updates with all sorts of excuses, from too many orders to supplier and quality issues. Contacted them in Nov and they said they'd send me a free pair in addition to my order for being patient. Yesterday got another email saying no delivery until maybe January. Terrible business model. Going to cancel and ask for a refund.

I have tried multiple times - I need to exchange 2 pairs of socks. Never worn in original packaging and can't get a straight answer from anyone!
Socks are awesome as described but too small & company is not cooperating with exchange.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!
They sent the WRONG colors to me even after I tried to contact them to match for me! Once they responded to me they told me I would have to pay for shipping PLUS 10% RESTOCKING fees! Then when I contacted them via phone got no reply. However, they emailed me telling me that just bc my screen shows the color matches it isn't there problem! I have asked for management several times and received NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!

August order delivered in the following January, in wrong sizes, colours and in worse quality. Ordered for $68.55 and was only supplied with $48 worth of Merchandise. NOT IMPRESSED!

Sending them Email three weeks ago asking to cancel order since it won't make it before Christmas. Got email giving a pair for free and printing my name on the label. After two week, still in the queue and won't be able to cancel my order. I ordered since August. Asking to cancel Almost four week and only got response that in the queue that they cant cancel. Don't place any order! They won't give you back money!

Ordered in late August. 3.5 months later, nothing has been received. They've made a lot of claims that they've hired extra people to help fulfill these orders, but one one has apparently received anything, which suggests it's just a huge scam.

Ordered custom socks and when they arrived the colors did not match the colors depicted on their website. Customer Service told me " there was nothing they can do regarding a return."

Terrible service, Socksrock.com -- customer service, Nick was not good and not helpful. The order confirmation does not state "all the rules" and then they tell me afterward.

Not good, takes too long too.

I approved the design and order on June 6,2018. I was told it would take 15 days to produce and another 3-5 days to ship. Today is July 10,2018. Still have not received them, or any notification of them being shipped. Every time I contact them they say they have contacted the manufacturer and are waiting for a reply. They've told me that 3 times in last 7 days. Today I was just told there was a week delay, yet still don't have so that's more like a two week delay. Product hasn't even got here yet, but so pissed as these were for our state tournament and ordered based on their timeline which has come and gone and season now about over, yet they won't let me cancel order. Don't recommend, they work around all your questions so as to not have to answer you and can't tell you whats going on.

I am waiting now for over 6 weeks for these socks that I already paid for. I was told "production time is 15 days after art is approved then add 3-4 days for shipping" That was June 4,2018. By that calculation, I should have had these 24 pairs of socks by end of June. Alas, no socks and it is 7/16/18. I have called 4 times, emailed 4 times and even attempted to Chat. (the chat person must be only using 1 finger. She would pause 3-4 minutes between responses) This must be "normal" business for SocksRocks. All those rocks are slowing them down. I would tell you to avoid this company and move on to another.
