Ordered a product said they sent it out, have been waiting over six weeks for a refund, but still no money, always saying they will look into it and sort out refund. The phone number never excepts any calls and as from today the line is dead. I would recommend no one to use this website as they take your money with no goods or refunds.

I placed my order in early November well in advance for Christmas, as yet over 3 months later I have not received my order or a refund. I have constantly emailed, and initally I was told my order was out of stock, this went on until January and now they have said they can no longer get the goods, I have asked for a ful refund but have not got this either. I would advise anyone never to use this site, I also have used on-line shopping for a long time and have never experienced a service like this. I intend to take this matter further as I think it is rediculous that they are allowed to keep advertising.

I placed an order for £52.99 on 6th May to realize there was something wrong with it on the next day because it was not shipped as promised. I was not contacted and kept monitoring the website for the next 3 days. So Special kept selling the item I had ordered even though they were out of stock. There was not a mention on website about product being out of stock even though they knew it. Their telephone number does not work, it is never available. I finally had an email replied on the 10th May telling me my product was out of stock asking me if I wished to cancel my order which I did straight away, by email and through their website. I still have not seen my refund even though they promise to refund you within 7 working days. I have been asking for this refund for the past 16 days, they email me saying they are processing it but the money does not show up on my credit card. I have been shopping online for many years and this has been the worst experience I had by far. They are selling products they know are out of stock without telling customers, getting their money and then hanging on to it for as long as they can without any good reason. RUN A MILE!
