I purchased a $160 Spa Circulation pump last May. Exactly 1 year and 1 month later, it no longer works. After contacting their "customer service", they first tried to blame it on my repair technician! After numerous emails, they said, too bad, so sad... your warranty was only for 1 year! Really!?! One year and one MONTH! I requested a discount on a new pump... nope, sorry, prices are already wholesale. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They surely don't care about retaining a customer!
While they sent the product I ordered, they snuck a $4.95 "handling charge" onto my purchase, on a page AFTER the page on which you review the purchase. They say they have "free shipping"! Ha! There are plenty of other places to buy your pool and hot tub filters. Use them instead.
