I ordered a pair of shorts and they sent me something completely different. They would not tell me how to return the shorts and i was offered 3 USD. After i paid $36 for the shorts. I have friends that have ordered from this company also, and they were treated the same way. Never receiving there order. If i could have given no stars i would have.

I rated 1 star only because site won't allow less rating. Ordered several items before Christmas. Company Immediately charged credit card but 2 months later I've only received one item in the $150 order.

My package had some delivery issues I never received it, this company refused to help gave me 2 different tracking #s & could not confirm anything the person is rude. They claim they refund you but they don't I will never order from these people ever again I been arguing for almost 2 weeks through email, you can't even file a claim because they put nooooooo insurance on your package they are a 3rd party site that is full of $#*!tttttttttt and a scammm who doesn't help accommodate there customers the $#*! are you talking about. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Sent me completely different products from what i seen in the pictures... HORRIBLE quality, HORRIBLE materials, HORRIBLE customer service and you will NEVER receive the same products based on their site! DO NOT ORDER FROM! I have to file a dispute from my credit card company and hope i can get my money back soon, i spent $300 on zip up hoodies on December 28th, its February 26th and im still missing one and ive been trying to get my refund ever since the day i got them

I order a sweater from them for $30 in December 2021 and yet it's April 3,2022 I had not received this sweater yet and sent them 2 emails already

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered two items for my daughters birthday. Ordered in April. Now it is may. Got the hoodie and WRONG size. Still waiting for the jacket. Can't get through to them. But they charged my credit card No way to return the hoodie. I would give them a ZERO. But can't write a review with out a star. PURE SCAM

My son used his Xmas money to order a hoodie, without my knowledge. It's been three weeks almost a month with number of emails asking where's his hoodie and he finally got an response back from them telling him," Dear customer, We are already in the process of preparation. We need to check the goods carefully before delivery. In this way, we can avoid any problems when you receive the goods. Please wait patiently. We can deliver the goods after we check them. Please understand." When he placed his order this site said it'll take 7-10 business days for delivery. If you pay attention to the picture you can clearly tell it's going to be poor quality if you even get anything back. POV don't order from this company.

I would give them zero stars but there's not an option for that. So, per my son's request I ordered him some clothing from Spikedoe. It took about 4 weeks for me to receive one of the six items I had ordered and it wasn't even the right size or color. Overall it was extremely poor quality. I have sent several emails requesting my money back on the items that haven't shipped and their response is "we will send it soon, please be patient" Seriously? I was in such a rush to get the clothes ordered so I would get them by Xmas that I didn't do my research. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Now I have to go through my card company to get my money back. SAVE UR SELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND HASSLE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE! SCAM COMPANY!

My grandson ordered three items for the website two before Christmas and two after Christmas I kept checking my email to track the order it kept said being processed I send them three emails in the last month all they kept saying it's being processed so last week they sent me an email saying my order is on the way so it get the order and it was only one of my items but the email says that it was all my items so I email them for the fourth time telling them this is bad business and they yet to email me back I know I will not get my money back I know not to order from them again and please don't order from this company they are the worst company I have ever dealt with

I refused to never buy from this website the quality is horrible and I ordered the hoodie on def and I got the hoodie Jan 14 never buy from this website and they was refusing to give me my money back

OMG do not order from them. I placed my order November 28,2021. I ordered 11 hoodies. January 6,2022 two came in. One medium and one large. I order all large. January 19,2022 six more came. January 27,2022 the last three came in. All the large fit like a medium. After I received the first 2 I tried to cancel the remaining 9. This company still sent the hoodies. The quality is thin and not good. They wouldn't give me a refund. Good thing I paid through PayPal. It took a minute but I received my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

On12/4/21 I purchased 4 items for Christmas gift. Finally, 1 item arrived 25 days later, after Christmas, mind you. I looked for address & phone number to contact company. The only thing I found online were fraud alerts, scam alerts and questions whether this company was ligit. I sent spikedoe emails telling them I contacted credit card company for refund. They replied with "will ship next week, please don't worry." They let you buy things not in stock. Bought large sweatshirts, definitely NOT true to size. The shirt came to the middle of my grandson's stomach. Not well made, not true to size, bad customer service. Now I have to go through the process of getting my money back through my credit card company. This company is horrible. Check them out on google. Nothing good said about spikedoe. I'm so sorry I took my grandson's suggestion about spikedoe. Normally, I research amcompany before ordering online. Since it was for Christmas, I ordered what he wanted. BIG MISTAKE. Not happy with this company and the hassles I am going through to get my $100.00 back. Stay away from this company! Save your money for a reputable company, one that has product in stock and one that has an actual address and phone number. I cannot post pictures of the items, since they were not received, but one shirt. The shirt is in Maryland and I'm in Florida. I told my daughter to donate the shirt since it does not fit my grandson. A large men's sweatshirt came to the middle of my 120 lb grandson's stomach. Unbelieveable. Run from this company and their website.

Another thing, and not that I want to pay taxes. I ordered from Florida and mailing to Maryland. You always pay tax. That should have been a flag. They can waive shipping, but never paying taxes on items.

I have never heard of spikedoe.com until my grandson asked for sweatshirts from this company. After the mess about not receiving items, I asked my daughter how her interaction with this company went. She said she refused to order from these unknown companies. I asked my grandson directly about what he wanted because he is no longer a little guy, he's 15 years old now and figured he ordered from them before. What a mess this has turned out to be. Never, ever again will I deal with spikedoe.com. BAD COMPANY
