Reason I am calling it a bad company is because I canceled my order and they still sent it out well at least they say they did. Then been getting a run around tring to get my refund. This is by far the worst company to deal with. I recommend buying from someone else.
I find a good deal and a day later they claim it's "out of stock" and issue me a refund. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. Very unreliable and the only reason they get two stars is because they actually refund me so they aren't a total scam.

I bought a signed Tom Brady jersey about 9 days ago and after days of getting ahold of someone. Connie (service rep) told me they were all sold out. Pretty sad since I spent $1,700 and had to put in hours of leg work to find that out. After more convos with Connie she told me they should be receiving more in 2 months. Sure is a long time to wait over such an expensive order. Worst part is. Looked this morning and they had several jerseys available that were signed but for $2,000 more since they just won the super bowl. Every time I call, it says no one is available but Connie who has not been the slighest bit of help.
Worst customer service I've seen by far. And the MOST expensive order I've ever placed. Who knows what will happens but I want my jersey and the same EXACT deal I purchased
This company failed to ship me an item $98.00 but didn't bother to refund me my money. They did the same thing on a second item where they cancelled the order but didn't refund the money. Good luck getting someone on the phone or a response on their "chat " site. They never respond.

I ordered a NHL signed Leon Draisaitl jersey on June 8,2020. Delivery was slated not to be until Sept 2020. Totally understandable due to Covid. When my shipment was not received in Sept I tracked my parcel again (as i did several time prior to this) and it stated "processing" At one point I called and actually spoke to person. I was again told the order was still not available. The fellow on the phone assured me I would receive my order once they had the order in stock. Again, understandable they did not have the jersey due to their inability to actually get the hockey player to sign the jersey due to COVID. I continued to check the order all along into the late fall..."Processing" is all it ever said. With everything else going on in the world I actually forgot about the order for a couple months.
Today I went to check the order and it says the "the order cannot be located". Now I am concerned! I ordered *******@PayPal but now my 180 day window for a dispute is closed! This jersey was a gift for my husband and he really wants to receive the goods otherwise I would have cancelled long ago. I have also never received any kind of email confirmation regarding the order or any updates at all, this is really discerning and I'm actually freaking now. I paid just under $650 CAD for this jersey!
I tried calling, tried their CHAT no response. I have sent an email so hopefully I will see a resolution.

I put my order in and was charged on December 16th and was told it would be delivered by January 8th. I received a call from someone working for the company about a week later but I couldn't answer so they left a message to return a call. I have called back many times since then but have always gotten a voice mail. The phone number on the website always says no one is available and the chat never has anyone available either. There is no email address and I can't get ahold of anyone in any way from this website/company. This is very disappointing as this is supposed to be a gift and I have no idea when or if I will ever get it. I will never shop with this company again and I caution anyone else to as well. I thought this was a legitimate company but now it just feels like I got scammed.

After contacting my credit card company and filing a dispute against this website, Sports Memorabilia Senior Account Executive reached out to me via email about an hour later stating that the item I had purchased and been charged for on December 16th (27 days ago) and was supposed to receive on January 8th (3 days ago), was out of stock and that I could order a different product if I wanted to. 27 days and $322 dollars later and I can only get in contact with them after my credit card company reaches out to them! Terrible business terrible customer service and terrible people! No integrity whatsoever and I advise against anyone doing business with this company unless you want to lose your money and even worse your time!
For a company that sells a lot of hats, they sure don't know how to store and package them properly. When I go to a store to buy a hat, I expect there to not be a single crease in it, and the material to be of somewhat high enough quality where the hat does not collapse into a deformed turd when I take it off. Hats should be able to hold their true form. Even when I put it on, it looks like its been tossed into a lake and dried in the sun. Terrible quality. I waited two weeks for this. This is why I don't online shop for hats, and neither should anyone else. Hats should be sold in stores only.
I ordered memorabilia on December 6th (this is December 17th for reference) and get a different answer every time I call to check on the status. Finally just received confirmation that my item is 'sold out' - thus I will not be received it, however, they have already charged my account. Anytime I call, it feels like it's 3 guys in a garage answering the call versus a business that is properly stood up with a customer service team to help. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from Sports Memorabilia, in particular when what they are selling is not inexpensive!
Harassed me for personal information and accused me of stealing from them when FedEx admits they accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Horrible company. Refused to refund even though I know they're getting insurance payment for their product that was lost. Do not buy from them. A simple Google search shows a history of fraudulent products too.

Do not buy any autographs from Sportsmemorabilia.com. There autographs are fake and they dont respond to emails. Stick to JSA, Beckett or Upper deck. The truth.
Over the past couple of weeks I dealt with three different "Fan Advocates". Not until I talked with Cristin did I get the results needed. Cristin deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service!

I ordered two products for my boyfriends birthday; unfortunately I received 1 of the items but never received the other item after waiting almost a month. I was very disappointed considering this was for a gift. I contacted customer service and was very happy with the service I received. Elysha was able to help find a solution to the problem. She was super helpful and provided me with great customer service. I received the item in less than a week and she was kind enough to follow back to see if I received the item!
