Cabs take over an hour to pick people up after giving a timeframe of 15-45 minutes from placing the call. When I called back trying to figure out how much longer my cab would take the operator called me rude and threatened to cancel my cab and send it to someone else. After waiting another twenty minutes, a co-worker, helped me get an Uber so I could go home. So I canceled the cab. I highly suggest people to stop using Yellow Cab. Either take Uber or see if a co-worker is willing to take you back home. Both have way better attitudes than the people from the cab company.
