I paid online for the 1st month they gave me the wrong address so I had to move all my stuff twice and rent 2 u hauls and I'm one month past due and they say I owe 244 dollars now they never answer when I call and ask to speak to a manager

I have been a customer for 5 years.at one time I have 3 (not 1 but 3) of the largest units 10x22.over the course of this 5 years we have been able to get our storage down to 1 unit. Along these 5 years SROA acquired the storage facility as it was initially ULock based out of STL area. The rates have skyrocketed to say the least as when we first got the 3 units it was roughly $90-100 per unit.now it is $173 per 10x22 unit (before all the additional fees that ends up making it roughly $215-220) which is absofreakinlutely ridiculous! Until around 2 years ago there was 2 ladies that worked there that were amazing.over the last close to 2 years representation has declined majorly.you try to contact them via phone and can NEVER get ahold the site.you always get the call center and they are frankly not much help.recently my husband went to unit and could not get in.the keyhole is different than our keys they just changed and gave us maybe 1 year ago.he tried calling and of course gets call center.he ends up going to facilty in next town where "manager/live person" is and asked about this and the lady was very rude to say the least.would not give him any answers as "his name is not on account"...now mind you they can see payment information such as payments coming from his name.they know we have been customers for 5 years, etc. I can even get past this as I get maybe tighter security could be factor.HOWEVER, they can at LEAST answer the simple question of did YOU GUYS change locks.as let me point out payment was current and up-to-date. I ridiculous contacting yesterday to talk to someone since the won't talkbto my husband and of course NO answer went to call center.so now we still can't access our unit and it is a "Holiday Weekend" that we have time to do some things being that we are off work and we can't! Already have another unit at a closer place and at half the price with better security (gated to where access is limited) and can ACTUALLY CONTACT A LIVE PERSON that is available to answer or help their customers!
