SSL Certificate

It's been a frustrating experience every single time I have to renew and ask for the one year only $5.99 price. If you're going to allow the $5.99 price to those that allow their subscription to expire, why are you making it so hard to those of us who have remained loyal to your business and don't want our SSL to expire and leave our sites unsecured? The hassle is ridiculous. Come on folks - I'm definitely going to look into other options if this policy continues...

pricing is a mess. I move from one page that says $5.99 to renew my cert, to another that says $37. No explanation why. There's a coupon code, so I set off to dozens of sites across the internet to find something. Even worse with another account, where I feel as though I wasted $$, but don't want the hassle of dealing with customer service.

this is my second cert. I like your prices. Your rep could not repeat your coupon code to me when I suggested buying a wildcard cert (after purchasing single by mistake). She did offer to refund the original, but I had already installed & my time was worth more than refund. For me, while happy with your service, getting the year coupon code on wildcard would have secured better loyalty. Now I'm with 2 lesser expensive single domains instead of higher priced wildcard which I would have renewed. That's my experience 90% positive, with 1 special need unfulfilled. I will still recommend you.

I read reviews about the company having a difficult to use website as well as a difficult checkout process. I assume these issues have been fixed, as it was one of the easiest experiences I've gone through with these things and I've been doing this stuff for over a decade. My previous SSL certificate was from GoDaddy and I decided against renewing with them because of their slow turnaround time as well as price issues. I'm not at all disappointed with sslcertificate.com. 5/5 would definitely shop with them again.

Support was absolutely great during the installation process. I accidentally entered my domain incorrectly and a chat support rep corrected it for me and then sent me instructions on how to install my SSL on Apache. I do want to mention that I found an easier way to install the SSL using cPanel so I didn't need to SSH and do it the cumbersome way.

The price was great and I will recommend your website to anyone interesting in purchasing an SSL certificate.

Differences between certificates needs clarification (level of diligence, uses for each, adequacy of each). Also, I left the site and came back in via Google ad to get cheap certificate not available from direct navigation. Users don't like this.

As i've written previously this whole event left a bad bad taste in my mouth. Now I have to pay to get my certificate validated again by my hosting company and by Amazon - wonderful - another big waste of money considering I only paid for this in December (and I paid a lot of money then) so they wouldn't even give me a discount - thanks Russian ladies for NOTHING :-( would give ZERO out of 5 if possible... or preferably a negative amount

happy with the service however it would be great if on renewal the existing certificate I have could be renewed rather than having to add a completely new one and go through the process of doing so which for someone non-technical isn't easy.

Since everything went pretty well. now lets see if i can install this certificate and get help if need be from you....lol

the credit card payment option doesn't work. i spent 45 minutes with your (very helpful) support agent. But we tried different browsers, cleared the cache, etc. Eventually they told me it's my ISP's problem. I'm connecting through my ISP at home where I've had the same provider for 10 years. I've never had a problem with any online purchase experience like this. At the very end she said try PayPal. That worked.

So please take a look at your credit card processing system. Something's wrong with it.

The first user experience is a little bit confuse about prices, at the beginning I entered by an advertisement in google with a price and in some moment suddenly I got another price, and I was confused, I had to re enter by the first step on google to get the correct price on the product.

I think it's confusing the way you got the correct price.

paypal have unresolved issue because of laws and IT-policy updates. And my order had hang in blocked state in bank account i suppose because of that.
No confirmation about order were recieved and no written explanation that can be fixed by myself for resolving the problem they provided. So it would be better to have some more ways to pay in automatical modes like via paypal but not bitcoin which is prohibited by Russian laws.

Well laid out web site, easy to navigate, and good online chat support. All in all there are many companies that could learn a thing or two here.

UI was glitchy during checkout. First couldn't enter my credit card info because the field wouldn't let me focus, then when I finally got it to clicking the right checkout button did nothing. Clicking the left submitted my request but ended up failing. Finally went back and used PayPal and it worked. Certificate itself has been fine thus far, no complaints there.

You guys are always AMAZING!!!!! Especially your invaluable support staff, without which it would be excruciatingly difficult!

The survey comes up on checkout. How can a person possible know at that time if they are satisfied with the product they received?

First time I processed my order it failed for no apparent reason. Not a big fan of your shopping cart experience overall.
