Bought a brand new home in the Magma Ranch Vista's community. The house is beautiful, but the quality of construction is less than what you should expect.
The process of purchasing this home started off on a bad foot, the builder decided to up the price, as we were filling out the offer letter. Had to talk with the VP if Sales to remedy that situation. All in all a very stressful transaction.
We were also told the amenities would be open Apr. 1. It's August and they are still nowhere near completion.
