Starline has been extremely helpful during my entire move. Would highly recommend for long distance moves. They gave me a great price and did a good job.
If you are considering this company for your move DO NOT USE THEM! When providing a quote they were very responsive and then became a bit overbearing. I had to make a quick decision based on the timing of my move and was pressured into signing the contract. On the contract it stated if you cancel within 72 hours of signing you would receive your deposit back. I had a gut feeling not to utilize this company so within 24 hours of signing I emailed *******@starlinevanlines.com as indicated on the contract and asked to cancel my contract and refund my $900. This was on 1/3/24. Today is 3/5/24 and they have YET to refund my $900 deposit. I have emailed them numerous times. I called them numerous times and I have been given the same story, they are "researching" it and will get back to me. Not sure what more there is to research! I canceled a service within their timeline and they are now robbing me of my $900! I believe they even blocked my number because I wasn't able to get through so I was using different lines to call in and magically got through. This company is a SCAM! They are not carriers and are brokers! They do not stick to their word of following up on issues and apparently what is written in their contract doesn't matter because they have yet to comply with that. I intend to go on every site that has a review for this company so anyone that is looking to hire a moving company stays away from them!

The guys did an excellent job packing if you look at the photos of my home being packed you can see how professional they are. Extremely fair pricing for great service.
The customer service representative was patient and most helpful throughout the complete process, though I was making multiple changes. The driver and his assistant were on time, clean, neat, efficient, and hard working. Moving is hard to begin with, and this was the first time we used a professional company. We have to say it was way easier than moving when we did it ourselves. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. They did an outstanding job.

From my initial inquiry to the final accounting and payment, everyone I interacted with was informative, detailed, friendly, and professional. They are clearly running a smooth operation which is such a comfort when dealing with all of the stresses and timelines that come with moving.
