Staymarinabay

Check in time is 4 pm we got there really early and asked if we could check in she told us the rooms were not ready which we understood.
Went back at 3 pm and asked if we could possibly get in she said no. I didn't understand why but check in time is at 4 so we waited...
Got in and had to asked for a couple of things for the bathroom not a problem. The room was clean and spacious we had a one bedroom suite.
Next day we went to breakfast no hot meal at all a box with tangerine a hard boiled egg that was probably sitting there for a while because it was hard a bagel that was very hard I asked to put it in the microwave I had asked there was not a microwave there and a lot of sweets no fruit except for what you got in the box. That was disappointing.
This room cost 181.00 a night. Went out for the day came back at 2 and the cleaners were 2 doors away so we went out again to get our room cleaned.
We came back and the room wasn't cleaned. When I called down to find out why they tell me that I had to let them know before 11 if I wanted it cleaned no one told me that! When I asked to speak to the Manager he proceeded to tell me that it was posted all over the hotel. So we looked for the postings the one post was at the front desk to the far left when you checked in you checked in to the far right the other post was in the elevator and it was very small print but I did see the sign for where your face mask which was in big letters up I don't know about you but I didn't go away to read all the signs in the elevator. Besides all of that the manager was basically telling us it was our fault that we didn't know something should've been posted in our room to tell us that we had to call down to get it cleaned for $181 a night I would never stay there again!
