On March 14, I was contacted by stonebridge. I was told they would give me a refund, sign here. I did not read this, my mistake. After I signed they sent me a copy I could read, 2 days later. The refund was what they called a bonus, I could not with drawl, without over $******* USD funds first in my acc. The Bonus would not be there for 4 to 6 mo. That means we would miss the Bitcoin halving. Out of the $******* we invested, they would give me back $6000? Now they are no were to be found. No ACC. No Bonus, NO FUNDS

When it was time to withdraw it was all excuses. They make me pay another 5000 which I did then another 3000 which they said was the last but apparently they always came with new excuses. I got fed up and seemed a way out and then I came across a legal firm called KR-CONSULTANT.COM I sent them everything required for my case and they started and investigation. It took some time but I finally got all my money and was also compensated. People lets be smart avoid quick money making schemes many are scammers looking for victims to lure.

StoneBridge has never given me any issues when it comes to my deposits or withdrawals and their fees are quite reasonable. I would make is to have customer support, on weekends well.

Reviews from other sites show their address as One Canada Square,Canary Warf, London, E14 5AA - the leasing manager for this facility confirmed Stonebridge is not a tenant. I asked if they were licensed or registered in any other jurisdiction and received no reply. After unsuccessfully trying to withdraw some funds from my account I tried to close the account - when completing the final crypto arbitrage trade they fabricated a bogus trade they called Random Swap Fees which completely wiped out my account.

Tip for consumers:
You cannot call these people direct they will only call you. Their website provided no names of owners, personnel or an avenue to contact them. The support email does not work and the legal email gets no response. Email communication was ok until I tried to close my account. They would not let me withdraw any funds and when I tried to cancel the account they fabricated a trading loss that wiped out all funds.
Since posting the review of Stonbridgeventures.com I was contacted by another customer of theirs who was also scammed. My loss pales in comparison to the loss this person suffered.

Decent spreads, a user-friendly platform and fast support. Not a lot of resources are available with Gold accounts. All in all, this broker deserves my attention.
