This is a very effective ice melt. I have tried others and none work as fast. Web site was easy to use
One of the items came in damaged. Damages were not noticeable until shrink wrap was taken off, when reported, was told that manufacturer is not responsible that because it was damaged in transit. I was informed that it is the responsibility of the shipper (shipped on our account). That is not great customer service, if there is damage and I show it to you, you should do everything in your power to get this taken care of. How do you expect someone to come back to shop there again (I also need to order another 5). But now will likely find another source for this item. I am still sitting here with a damaged item as well and out $750

Will I get an estimate of shipping time so I can inform my client when to expect the items? I see there is a link I can use to track the status of my order. Will I get any further notice it has shipped or do I just check the link regularly?
Make the checkout simpler. Easy for frequent users but if you are not registered, it is not obvious.
I wanted to order 7" interior diameter bollard sleeves but noticed that size is not offered. So I'm stressed somewhat that the 6" will fit our church parking lot bollards. Hope I don't have to exchange them!

Almost a perfect shopping experience! We will do business with this company again. The only thing keeping it from a perfect five stars is that this company does not offer a sprayer to use with the item we purchased so we will have to find one from another company. We had purchased from this company years ago and recognized the name. The liquid de-icer arrived in perfect shape and works wonderfully. Thanks!

I do not see freight charges on my invoice. If freight is free that's great. However, hard to tell if the freight is reasonable since not on page.
The product was easy to locate and check out was hassle free. I was even contacted after the order was placed just to make sure the shipping charges were acceptable.
I thought it would be better to include the the clips. Or to indicate that the clips are sold separately and to give the item number for the clips. I had to place a second order to get the clips when I received the shelf and found out that the clips weren't included. If warning was given when I was shopping for the shelf, it would have saved me sometime and shipping cost.
Easy and fast but your web page needs to be fixed - The top half just has a bunch of lines and stars as I go through the process. It could easily be done on one page.
