The problem of working in this company is micromanagement. They strictly monitor each of their employees activities, thus creating a lack of freedom and emotional strain in the office. And the worse part, they literally force their employees to write good reviews about the company which is all lies.
CONS: I had the worst experience with one of their recruiters. I was supposed to be signed up for an interview for a position that was open. This did not happen and my hopes were dashed. I would not recommend their services.
