Stay away from this company as they get your products and do not pay you for them and the funny part is you sent the products to Maryland and when you call them it is a North Carolina phone number they tell you that you got paid the next day and that doesn't happen at all also do not answer your emails either not happy at all

Please do not send these people your diabetes supplies you will not get paid for them at all it's a huge rip off
I sent a shipment July 10,2023, I've texted, called, emailed, sent cashapp requests and even added google workplace chats and you didn't respond to anything. I received an email 3 days ago stating your money will be sent today and if you don't get it, let us know. Well I've been sending messages I didn't get my money and here we go again with their 24 hrs we will respond. That never happens! They don't reply to anything and here we are almost in sept and I'm still waiting. I posted a review on trust pilot and stripsusa requested I sent them more info and it was done, and here I am still waiting I will NEVER USE THIS CRAPPY COMPANY EVER AGAIN! Send me my damn money. It's sad to see what was a decent company going to $#*!.

I sent supplies. Received partial payment. When contacted they ignored repeated emails. I left a review on another site, THEN they responded to emails. Said product was "damaged" and that they shipped product back to me. I ask for tracking number. AGAIN ignored email. Needless to say I NEVER received product back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
PLEASE PLEASE find another company I been calling leaving messages texting emailing NO ANSWER.trying to see when will I get my money some one emailed me and said we got your supplies on Tuesday we will send you your money. NO MONEY!.I have used other companies and it never took this long and other companies answer your calls.This is crazy still I have not received my money and I'm very upset.DO NOT USE STRIPUSA!

Had problems with StripsUSA being slow with payment, but they finally did pay for diabetic supplies.
Sent two boxes and they paid quote on site for products I had. Called and Danielle tells me she can send me a bigger box as I have many. Sent 8 boxes and took too long to pay and when they did it was 250 dollars short. Nothing but excuses. Customer service is non existent.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
