I went into subzero on Hanover st on Halloween. The older female with short brown and glasses was extremely rude... I cannot believe that she has a job dealing with the public... She made my ice cream crunchy, and I heard her say under her breath oh well she will never know... I ordered ice cream NOT Italian Ice... She is so nasty to paying customers... And don't get me started on all the fruit flies. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a sub zero. This experience has made it so I will never go to another Sub Zero.
