Great customer service. I didn't receive a tracking number right away, so I started getting worried (since I had never heard of this company), so I emailed them, and they responded immediately. They explained and sent me the tracking number right away. The product was just as described. Fast shipping. The best price I found. They are located in the USA.

Ordered, never got email update, order never updated, PayPal sends me delivered notification which matches city but not address, PayPal looked into it and closed case. They seem like a scam. When asked where item was said to wait 72 hours after 94hl hours no reply but when asked PayPal to step in I was called liar and that I just wanted to get my money back and keep item, without even looking Into it. Only bought ones from them, never again.

Customer service never responded to calls or emails. The item said it was delivered, but when I contacted FedEx they told me the tracking number given was for a different person. If they are a real company hopefully this prompts them to help me? Otherwise, I would be hesitant to order from this site. If anyone ever sees this review.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from an unbranded shop, but their price was the best, and they even offered a discount code when I inquired! It took a little while to get a tracking number, which made me nervous, but I ended up getting my order without a hitch, and in a pretty timely manner! The product looks to be of great quality (a pop up concession tent) & I will be attempting to set it up for the first time this weekend. I would recommend the Success Store Corp.
