First my shipping info on my order is somehow an address I've never even heard of, even know I made sure it was my right address (aka billing address as well), so that was wrong. Talked to customer service and we fixed that, they said it might take a little longer since they had to fix that. I said okay reasonable. Now the package was delivered even earlier than expected, who knows where, and definitely not at my address. So they open an investigation? Then FedEx says it was delivered? But not at my address? So they closed the case and just gave me a refund. Don't shop unless you're not spending too much. Things apparently will go wrong.
This website functions as you would hope and expect all other websites to function. Browsing filters all work great and finding and purchasing an item is quick and efficient. The order processing and shipping time really excels above and beyond other clothing sites. I have made several orders and the shipment almost always goes out of the warehouse the same day. In most cases, the order arrived earlier than expected and you are made aware of where the FEDEX or UPS tracking is, right away. On one occassion, I purchased a flannel shirt that I was unhappy with because of some loose threads. I contacted Sullen and they immediately rush shipped a replacement and told me to just keep the other shirt I already received. The website, shipping logistics and customer service of this company are excellent.
