I have been a client of Sunny Sky Toys company for the past four years. My first order was couple years ago for my oldest child. I would like to point out that the product is still being used today by my youngest child, even few years later running with no issues. We have not had any problems with the product, therefore one item was purchased as a gift for a nephew. The gift was promptly delivered, with no defects on the toy. In addition, we have recently purchased another item (HENES BROON F830 with Tablet PC Ride On Car in Black $876.00) from them. Once I have discovered that a minor part was damaged during the shipment, I have emailed the company stating the issue. An additional parts were shipped to us promptly.The support team have been very responsive and extremely helpful. I have had a very pleasant experience doing business with this company and seeing my children wrapped in joy from the toys made me a returning customer. Therefore, I highly recommended Sunny Sky Toys company to friends and family.
I bought my daughter a car and of course when I get it the license plate sticker is upside down and one of the support arms under the car won't go on... It's like the holes for the screws are stripped out. This piece was just laying in the bottom off the box while the other piece on the other side of the car was properly attached. The decal stickers we're put on half $#*! with them being wrinkle! This was bought for my daughters birthday which means I didn't have time to return... And buy another or wait for another on to be sent. For $200 I feel like it was pourly put together. I won't be buying g through this company again.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY A RIDE ON CAR FROM THIS COMPANY OR BIG TOYS DIRECT SAME COMPANY... THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT, THEY WILL BEGIN TO IGNORE YOUR CALLS, EMAIL & TEXT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND ONCE YOU DO GET A HOLD OF THEM... I WISH I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH PRIOR TO PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY... I'VE BOUGHT ONE OF THIER MORE EXPENSIVE CARS OVER $800 BUCKS AND THEY WERENT WILLING TO FIX OR REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY. THEY WERE AWARE THATS THE CAR DOESNT WORK PROPERLY FROM DAY 1... YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM THEM I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE THAT.
