I ordered a ring from superbilberry.com and it was a gift for a friend. I ordered 2 months early to make sure it would get here in time. They said to allow up to 15 days to ship. It has been 3 months and no ring yet. They said it shipped but will no longer answer my messages. The gift is irrelevant now and they will not give me a refund either. Now my messages go unanswered and I still have no product. Horrible service.
