Super Shoes Website

I went to super shoes at Cumberland md to make a return. She said no return on them. I said ok fine. Thanks. Soon I left the store, the 3 customer ladies inside the store get their heads close n started looking at me with my kids through the big window wall. I was so uncomfortable at that time. The way they joined their heads and talking behind me was so rude.

New shoes, one foot is hurting, the bottom of my heal feels bruised. Lifted the sole liner and a metal rivet where the center of my heal rests this is what I've been walking on!

This site had some shoes my daughter wanted that I couldn't find anywhere. The shipping was about a week which is not bad considering I'm in California. Kudos

Unless you know exactly what size of a shoe you want, Do not buy from them because you have to pay for the shipping back. The only stores to return them to physically are on the way upper East Coast. So, therefore, in California, there is no place to return them. It cost me $70 to return 2 shoes, which that was half the price of the actual order. I WILL Not Order from them again, ever! This is a warning! It wasn't just ME!

Do not order from them if for what ever reason you have to return a item, BEWARE You would have to pay for the return. Never again heads up.

This review is overdue. I've been trying to figure out how to post it. On February 9th, I went to the Super Shoes Store in Lake George New York. I attempted to buy 2 pair of New Balance sneakers. As one was out of stock, Salesperson Jade offered to order it for me and ship it to me in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at no shipping charge. UPS delivered the package on Thursday, February 16th. The package was intact with the correct pair of sneakers inside. No delivery horror story. I highly recommend Super Shoes for their excellent customer service.

I was initially skeptical of this site because there simply wasn't a lot of information online about its legitimacy. I ordered a pair of Nike Alpha Trainer 5 shoes in a colorway out of stock from every other online site, but had an issue that caused my order to be cancelled. I called their customer service and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful, she sorted out my order which ultimately came with a discount and free shipping. The order shipped the same day and was delivered quickly via UPS. Highly highly recommend, will be buying my next pair of shoes from here.

I am not happy with being ripped off my $50 change in this economy. I did not receive my so called 50 dollar bill that clerk suggested that I supposedly could of lost. I called the store right away when I realized. The gentleman was insistent that he gave me my $50. I went back as he was closing, he informed me he was $1 short in the register. So he insisted therefore that he had given it to me. I did not have it but had the 5 cents and receipt from the store. I ended up returning my $56 dollar purchase because after losing $50 could no longer afford my purchase. I was refunded my money. I notified Super Shoes and asked them to please review your tapes. They sent me a message taking the clerks side of course. So I had to chalk it up as a loss. I'm not an imbecile and would treat a $50 bill like trash. I am very disappointed and will no longer give super shoes my business. I'd spent a lot of money there throughout the years. This happened at the store in Chichester NH on January 1st 2024.

I ordered a pair of sandals but they were too wide for my feet so I had to return them. I live in Sacramento & there is not a Super Shoes store here or within 100 miles so I had to take them to the local UPS store. It cost me $20 to return shoes I cannot wear! I requested a full refund but I'm still out $20 & will not order from them in the future. Other shoe companies offer free returns so I'll order from them in the future. Lesson learned...

I placed an item in cart b4 a weekend, but needed to inquire about shipping speed b4 buying. No response until a very nice woman called me following Wednesday. She said she would honor expired sale price + another 15% off, AND promised delivery in one to 2 days b4 we went on vacation (as the shoes were for our trip). How could I not order? So I did. No delivery next 3 days. Sent email indicating the day b4 we left if shoes were not delivered I'd return, BUT left a voice message next day saying regardless if they didn't arrive on time I'd still consider keeping them bc of the nice savings. This 'nice' woman then abruptly notified UPS to stop delivery and return to them. Why? I don't know. Why wouldn't she simply let them arrive and after our return I'd at least try them, and if satisfactory, they would have had a customer. But, no, she decided to do the arrogant thing and cancel the transaction without even asking me either way. This is NOT quality customer care. I thought I was dealing with a super nice person and company but it turns out they've got serious customer care quality issues and should learn how to treat potential customers. I strongly suggest finding any other shoe store to buy from online. Otherwise you may be treated unfairly under the guise of BS reps making promises they cannot keep or honor. BEWARE!

Great experience this evening. Anna was very helpful and got what I needed. She was kind to all the customers.

I recently shopped at Super Shoes in Altoona PA.
My husband and I were very impressed with the salesperson, Mary. She took alot of time to make sure that we got the shoes we were looking for and she made sure they fit properly and answered all our questions.
She is a valuable employee who made us feel special. I feel she deserves to be recognized for her pride in her job and how she represents your company. She is a keeper. By Atteena Stipcak

Ok, so this is my year to buy good shoes! I know what I like. And naturally I dont see any reason to pay exhorbitant prices. Macys? Norman Marcus? Nordstroms? No. Just find your shoes in the sizes that work. At a reputable site. (See my one bad experience).

I may have been lucky. My transaction was smooth. The shoes are terrific!
