I also ordered an older model part, in my case a Samsung adapter, and they pulled the same type of switch on me. Instead of the adapter I wanted that was featured on its own web page, I got an adapter from a different manufacturer that didn't fit into my e-reader's port. Several communications to them have gone unanswered, and there is no number to call, as previously reported. The shipment was received without an invoice, and there had been no prior e-mail confirming order receipt. This company is fake, pulling one smooth swindle. Buyer beware!

I ordered a battery on Sept. 22. I got an email it was shipped on Sept. 28. I waited a week, maybe two. Started trying to track the item. The tracking number they sent me that said it was shipped was only a label they created, but never shipped. I waited another week. I mailed them and said i will have to dispute with PayPal if i dont get my item, or them reply asap. Of course, i never got any mail back from these people. It is now Oct 26, and the item finally arrived. Very deceitful tactics of saying it is shipped, and then not reply. Best to move on to a more reputable site, for this one is really shady.

Punched in the model number I took from my Bose charger. Supplyusastore popped up, showing exact model I listed, had a good price, bought it through PayPal. 2 weeks later it showed up (Amazon they're not) looked totally different than mine and their featured product online. Worse, it didn't fit my Bose speaker. Sent 3-4 emails to their site, since there are no phone numbers. Notified them of the issue and later giving them a timeline to respond or call. Haven't heard in 9 days.Turned over to AmEx to research, sent them images, and screen shots of my emails to Supplyusastore. On a Google search of their address, a large warehouse appeared backed up to the bay door was a large truck CHINA written the length of the truck. Grab them American bucks, send them what you want cause we're not returning emails.
