“USB ports not working and neither are their methods to fix it!”

I am an active YouTuber for almost two years, and I use a USB drive to record gameplay footage from my XBox. Problem is that now it won't let me record via my flashdrives anymore! And their support site is crap!
There's no phone number to call them on the issues, and I'm about getting ready to call Channel 9 on Your Side to report this bad business.

Tip for consumers:
Spread the message. Call up your local news station and tell them to write a news story against XBox and its lackluster support to their consumers.

“Xbox support website stuck on loading screen”

The dum website wont let me redeem my 1 month game pass its stuck on the loading screen can u believe this
