CBD Oil for pain was legalized approximately a year ago and was advertised that all Fifty States had approved it! It was great news for someone like me, as I have had Multiple health problems for close to 20 years and have been in Pain daily, sometimes down for weeks at a time. I had been weaning myself off the Narcotic/Opiate Drugs as I didn't feel they were handling my Pain Issues and I wanted something more natural. While visiting my daughter in Colorado, she gave me some CBD OIL to try. After a couple of days I was quite pleased to notice that my pain threshold was dropping and the CBD OIL was starting to work quite well. My daughter sent me home with a bottle to carry me through until I could find a place in Calif. To buy my own.
Upon arriving home and all the news was everywhere about the Legalization of CBD, I found many offers, mostly on line, but also in my E-mail. I proceeded to start looking and researching the different products, not that they helped me make the right decisions. Like New Products Advertise {miracle wrinkle creams etc.} they offer you a trial deal for usually under $5.00 bucks to try it. Well I did not want to be without something for Pain so I thought. "What do I have to lose"? I proceeded to order a couple of trials to see if I liked one better than the other. All of a sudden, I was being bombarded with different bottles arriving at my home. Some were drops and others were Gel Capsules. I have to say that was a bit suspicious. With years of Pain comes depression, and with depression, comes lack of ambition to do all the things a person would normally take care of. Procrastination became an easy game to fall into, so I played the game of ignoring my Check Book and a few other commitments. One of my better days I decided to look at my Bank Acct. To my shock and dismay. As I scrolled through my statements I started finding all these charges of around $69- $70.99. There were many weird Names that went with all these products, such as Loy*OLAWONDER, Native Formula, LLC., Purpalo*HLTHPROADVDKN, KIM*EXCELLENTHEALTHANDBCKYRDM*HEALTHYPROCHP JUST TO NAME A FEW. I noticed that everyone of them had different Phone numbers and everything that arrived at the house all had different return addresses (mostly PO boxes) and of course no receipts to prove anything. The phone numbers were on my Bank Statements of which I made copies. I proceeded to take a box of colored hi-lighters and highlighted them all in different colors. If there were several charges from say: PURPALO, I would use the same colors to hi-lite the same companies. I decided to make a phone call to a couple of the companies to see what they would say. My first call I talked to a lady named Jenny and as I was going on about the charges she offered to drop my cost to $36.00 and I said if she did not hear back from me that I would be cancelling. The second call, LOL was again answered by the very same Jenny and an offer was made for $25:00 a bottle. Call three again was Jenny and I said to her. Why are there so many different Phone numbers and why are there all these different names, I feel as if this is FRAUDULENT as if all these different companies have been given my info and I'm being scammed. I asked to talk to a manager, but of course there was an excuse for everything.
Today I decided to check and see how many companies have quit charging me and which names were no longer appearing. I talked to a girl named Devon when I called one of the repeat names, amd I explained to her about all the charges and phone numbers and I told her I was calling my Bank Fraud and The channel 2 investigative Team and Lifelock Fraud. She was sweet on the first call and refunded half the charge. I thanked her, hung up and called a 2nd number. Guess who? Devon again and she was rather snippy this time around and offered me half of the latest charge. I said No Thanks I'm calling the Fraud dept. Before we hung up, She had offerered me back 2 full payments out of 3. To sdave hassle I agreed to It and asked her if she would be answering my next call to a different company. At that point I felt pretty proud of myself and decided to finish the rest of the calls in the morning to see if Devon answers again. At least I know with a few Fraud threats that they will work with you and give you back your money. So BUYER BEWARE, watch your statements and don't let them take advantage of you! GOOD LUCK!
