“Advertisement misleading”

Email stated big sale- up to 75% off. No items discounted even 25%. Received email everyday for at least 4 days so far. Great product, but dishonest about discount available

“Terrible customer service”

I ordered 2 suits and received different ones than I ordered. Difficult to get it corrected. I was advised I would receive a call back in 3-5 business days.

Sending back but don’t feel I should be charged shipping for their error
