Stay away! Kevin Boylen came to my house to give me an estimate on a pool liner replacement. He gave me a price of $3,600 on the spot and I gave him a check as a deposit of $3,100, which he claims was the actual cost of just the pool liner. He immediately cashed the check and I NEVER received my pool liner. I asked for proof to see if he even ordered the pool liner which to date I have yet to receive a reply or even a comment from him. I would give him negative stars if I could.
