Very poor support from swizzie. I have had problems not getting my item I won on auction. Not accepting payment for winning auctions. I called no call back e-mailed Them no response. It is like they got your money when you get so many bids it locks you up. I have been waiting two weeks so far since my first contact for support. About 4 weeks since the $25 amazon gift card I won. What can I do to solve this issue?

I was simply trying to check out the site and somehow without knowing how bought $75.00 worth of bids. I called to cancel and was told that I could not. I went on the auction an searched for something to bid on and there is nothing---I mean nothing that I want. They sell the same 10 items over and over and run only one item each hour.
This is a scam. Stay away from it.

Stay away from this site like the plague! I did not realize that every bid I make would cost me 60 cents. THEN, when the clock winds down to one second, another bid is made, adding 13 seconds to the clock! This un-ending bidding goes on for hours, making the site a lot of money. Twice, I made a bid with 1 second to go... the auction mysteriously closed, and the previous bidder had won the item! You will have more success with the Lottery!

A complete scam. I've bid on several penny auction sites and won a lot of stuff, but no one is going to win anything on swizzie.com. The bidding is rigged which is obvious to see if you have a lot of bids and try to win an actual item. I don't mean to jump in blindly either, after a careful study of the site and the item you want to win, you'll still lose. Stay away from this site, all you'll do is lose money.

I was sucked into this awful scam. I was trying to purchase an i phone. Somehow I was routed to this website. Before I knew it I was charged $48, I immediately called and said I signed up in error. They would not refund my money. I tried to make the best of it and bid for a $50 gift card to get my money back. I only used part of my bids then my password would not work. I have been emailing and calling (by the way they will no longer answer the phone, you can only leave a message with a call back number) with over 12 requests to reset my password and I have not heard back from them. I now can not get into the site at all.

Swizzie is a BIG SCAM!

I was charged $75 for something I was looking at. I never used and called right away for a refund. They did everything but laugh and said that if I stopped the credit card charge they would charge me even more. I have a BBB complaint out on them.

I will keep going till I succeed!

This is a scam.
The scam is simple. Swizzie can easily set up thousands of false accounts to bid with the you until you've lost all you credit. It cost nothing to Swizzie. The false accounts can have unlimited credits from Swizzie. How can you check?
Another way of making money from you is like this: Maths tells it all. For example an iphone's final bid was $64. Sound great! To get there, there will be 6400 bids ($64/$0.01) or $3840 credits as every bid increases the bid price by $0.01 and each credit is $0.60. So Swizzie makes $3840 for an iphone that sells for $1000!

Absolutely brilliant con. This site is so deceptive and the interesting thing is you CANNOT DETERMINE when the "so-called" auction ends. This is so because you bid in. 01 cent increments and there is no time set. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Swizzie should be Swindle!

This site charges $. 60 for every $. 01 bid in an unending bidding war that perpetually adds seconds to the remaining auction time. Once the clock has run down to a few remaining seconds, if there is another $0.01 bid, 15 additional seconds are added to the clock, thus creating a perpetual cycle of bidding and additional time added.

I naively registered to the tune of an unrefundable $75.00, something that was hidden in small print in the same text-box as the "are you over 18" opt-in.

I observed the site for hours at all times of the day and never saw anyone succeed in "winning" a bid. When I called for a refund I could neither talk to a supervisor nor negotiate a refund, regardless of the fact that I had not spent the money bidding.

Swizzie has reaped hundreds of dollars in bids with, I suspect, few winners. (Each item on auction nets $60.00 for each $1.00 in bids. So if an item with an MSRP of $300.00 is won for $30.00, the gross income from the bidding alone is $1,800.00, PLUS the $30.00 winning bid.)

At best this site is more of an illegal lottery, at worst an absolute fraud!

It has made my blood boil!

The time goes on and on at 15 seconds evertime bids! Sit there for hours, days, weeks and the price doesn't raise but the time never stops and neither does the bidding don't go there save you money and by resale!

This site is a fraud, I too got SUCked in. You register by buying 150 bids for $75.00. I followed this site for 2 days to learn about the bids first. I wrote names down to follow the pattern of the bids. When I thought I had a chance I brought my bids. The first thing I was bidding on was for more bids 250. I was bidding with 5 people showing that was bidding. I stopped to let others bids with 15 sec left and some one named Kevdrchaning or something like that won the bid for $1.72 as soon as I stopped. The next time was for a xbox with so many people bidding won it for $20.63, the min I stopped and let the 15 sec run out Again I bidded on a Apple Ipad, it was won for $2.02 by one of the five bidders names I was keeping track of. THIS SITE IS A FRAUD. I would like to hear from someone that has REALLY WON. All they want is your MONEY DO NOT FEED IN TO THE HYPE. Stay with EBAY...
