Absolute SCAM. Made a large order during recent sale, received the automated email with order details. Shipping policy states shipping within seven working days however because of the sale I waited 15 working days before contacting through website for an update. Heard nothing back so emailed. Heard nothing back for two weeks so sent another email requesting cancellation and refund. Heard nothing for a further two weeks, in that time she had posted on instagram she was heading overseas (so obviously not processing orders). I was forced to have my bank issue a chargeback. Just don't bother if you live outside the USA.
