I interviewed with this company in the Spring of 2022 for a marketing position- after two interviews, I declined to meet their managing partner, Ricky Tejapaibul at a bar on a Saturday night for a third interview, feeling uncomfortable about the situation and the company's reputation.

When I declined the third interview, he personally blew me up through email and voicemail, and I repeatedly told him I had accepted another offer and would not be able to meet with him.

Despite my declining to meet with him for that third interview and rejecting whatever offer he was hinting at, he took the liberty to reach out to my current employer the next day and pass along the information that I had taken another job, costing me my current job.

I had no prior contact with TW or Ricky, yet after two interviews they felt that I owed it to them to accept their offer, or else. Extremely unprofessional and not the actions of a managing partner or firm with integrity.

Countless emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings still won't fix the incompetence at Tech Wildcatters. Trust me, I've tried. My CPA has tried. My secretary has tried. My partner has tried. It's pointless. They are incompetent.

Late paperwork. Incorrect paperwork. Missing paperwork.

Late tax documents. Incorrect tax documents. Missing tax documents.

The only things they ever send out consistently are the misleading and fictitious newsletters and status reports. To sum it up, those newsletters and company reports are the biggest collection of lies.

That's why I don't support Tech Wildcatters anymore. Probably why so many people have stopped supporting them.

It explains why their brand and their startups have gone downhill.

My advisor and I visited Tech Wildcatters after applying for their annual accelerator. It was not at all what they claimed. I have no idea where their website pictures come from but it wasn't of their office or employees. There are no employees except this one chubby guy. They were supposed to have mentors and investors meet us there. None showed up and the only person we met was the CEO. The office was totally empty in the middle of the day. Then we found the hundreds of bad reviews online. Looks like this business is just about out of business.

They are great for "Startups"! They have an exciting new vision and concept to set themselves apart form any other firm. I anticipate they will be exploding in the "Startups" space.

Applied to their accelerator program, which they call the Tech Wildcatters Gauntlet. Got invited to their semi finals, and for the first time, was in their office in downtown Dallas. They attempted to decorate and make the office look cool, but it was not. I've been to accelerators on the east and west coasts and this was nothing like that. Smelled of mold and cats (I have an allergy). Elevators were like coffins. A heavy layer of dust on everything. No cool tech gadgets or anything your would expect in an accelerator. And their web site showed 8 partners and employees and dozens of mentor staff. I only meet a couple people that were associated with them, and when I asked who worked there its only 2 people. And there were the 2 people I thought would be the last ones to be working at an accelerator, even one as bad as this. They told me that most of the partners and mentors won't show up until the end of the program. The mixer started late even though I was on time, and they actually had the nerve to ask me to help setup. The last day, I meet people in the lobby of the building. None had anything at all positive to say about Tech Wildcatters and told me that they do not really have the money to invest and that most of the mentors have quit. Told me that some companies finished the program and got checks that bounced. Got online at starbucks and saw all of the bad reviews and press coverage. 3 days I will never get back.

Tip for consumers:
Web site is not up to date and full of errors. Figure on 25% of the partners and mentors being active, if even that many. Ones I met couldn't mentor my dog.
