“Customer be aware! I would give zero stars!”

I have received my items today from Tedora shop, I am extremely disappointed! Not only I had to pay additional $ 34.60 for shipping?unusual but the quality of the product is terrible, cheap plastic frames, the print is thin and missing parts and on top everything else the frames came scratch and damaged! No additional packaging inside the box. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BUY!

I ordered my item on the 2nd of October. I needed for a gift on the 20th. It is now the 17th no update no communication. Ive reached out on site email no phone number and I have no response.

I ordered four pair of shoes from this company. They did not come for 6 weeks. When they did come they were cheap imitation material poorly made no insoles in them. I wrote a letter that night and repackaged them in the original packaging and took to the post office. At the post office they advised me it would be a lot cheaper to put it into one package which I did and mailed it back on July 1st. On August 20th I had not heard from them nor from PayPal about a refund so I contacted PayPal who told me they stand behind their policies. I sent them the copy of the letter that I hadn't closed in each package and the copy of the receipt from the post office where they were mailed back. I heard from PayPal today that they were denying my claim because the company said they never got them back which has to be incorrect because I never got them back here, and also because I did not have a photocopy of the address label. Of course I did not have it because six weeks ago I did not know that it would be necessary. So now I am out $141. I fully intend to cancel everything that I have with PayPal and will never use their services again either. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not order from this scam company.
