I recently checked how a few of my designs listings was coming up in the search engines, when I came across Teebapc.com and Teecoolhome.com (one and the same people) selling a few of my designs without my permission, and promoting them on bing shopping. I contacted their site via their email, (no phone #) many times to take down my designs, they did not respond, and the designs are still up. I noticed a few other designs that belong to other people who sell on Amazon, and I know they did not give them permission to sell on their website, then I started to see that a majority of the designs on their sites were other people intellectual property. If you are an artist selling on Amazon, or other places i would definitely check these two sites to see if your design is being stolen. If you are customer, you are probably getting poor resolution designs, as they copy the designs and it is not an original file.
